RAM Facilities Management includes a self-service portal for tenants and contractors, which can be customized with company branding and embedded into company websites. Tenants can submit property maintenance requests through the portal, and contractors can accept requests, submit quotes, and share work order completion statements. Work orders can be automatically assigned to contractors through built-in workflows, with included approval and sign-off processes. Work orders can be listed by date, priority, status, property, or location, and and synchronized with field teams’ devices in real time.

Users can plan and schedule maintenance using the PPM (planned preventative maintenance) planner, and carry out workload planning calculations to manage resources internally. Maintenance alerts can be generated automatically for scheduled maintenance. Property and site location hierarchies are customer-defined, and a comprehensive register of properties and tenants can be maintained. Users can access facilities performance statistics in real time, with KPI dashboards, drill-down statistics, and reporting capabilities.
