Pros

The search tool is very easy to use, I like that you can easily search for anything within the date base and its not just by name. I do like the layout overall, it has good user abilities.
Overall I have been extremely impressed with RazorSync's customer service. Being able to chat with them online is super helpful when we have a quick question that we need an answer to right away.
The benefits of using the software have helped the ease of information getting into our customer's hands by the click of a button. They all love the pictures of before repairs and after jobs.

Pros

I find them pleasant to work with and the product is one of the best out there.
This software is super clever in terms of what you can do with rules and calculations.
The ease of use for the design aspect of infiniti. Most other softwares require a decent level of coding knowledge to successfully make eforms.

Cons

We have messed with the days of look back). Also if you miss putting in certain information before you create...the information is lost and you have to start all over again.
This adds a step that we sometimes forget to do. We are a small operation without a parts manager so if we get busy and don't get the parts entered our inventory gets screwed up.
Reminders are worthless, no reference information sent relates/clues to any job. Navigation in customer profiles is one-way, no back button, you have to start over again.

Cons

It also removes a lot of the risk we have around making mistakes by removing manual tasks from our workload.
Hard for administrators to build forms. Hard to implement the app from google store.
With the amount of business rules we have, we find that the page is constantly posting back to the server to process what the page needs to display. This can be a bit distracting at times.
