Pros

Over all the app is a success with our company, there are just a few little things we would like to utilize from the app. Charts and pie graphs would be an awesome addition to our daily office use.
Very easy to use and the customer support is outstanding. If you have any questions or concerns all you have to do it call them and you get an answer.
The benefits of using the software have helped the ease of information getting into our customer's hands by the click of a button. They all love the pictures of before repairs and after jobs.

Pros

The staff at P3 are awesome to work with. They are very responsive and have helped us implement the software in a very quick time.

Picture Perfect Pricing has been an AWESOME TOOL for my HVAC business.

Cons

This adds a step that we sometimes forget to do. We are a small operation without a parts manager so if we get busy and don't get the parts entered our inventory gets screwed up.
We have messed with the days of look back). Also if you miss putting in certain information before you create...the information is lost and you have to start all over again.
Reminders are worthless, no reference information sent relates/clues to any job. Navigation in customer profiles is one-way, no back button, you have to start over again.

Cons

If you are in the middle of your input and you have to leave that page you either complete all the boxes or you loose what you have in put.
The navigation is missing, will hep to have the techs info how to get into the customer with just a click from the appointment details. No compatible with Quickbooks online.
Brain, Keith and Carol are there whenever our service tech's or any one in the office is having a problem.
