Pros

Lots of features and functionality; better than much of the market (but that's a low bar); fairly responsive support team and company management

Cons

Relatively immature product, product management and software development process with sub-optimal workflow and frequent bugs and inconsistencies

Razorsync is Awesome. Enough Said

I use it to track technician time sheets, daily route location, job to job GPS tracking, and I love the fact that you can add pictures of the before and after work of the jobs to each invoice and it makes a PDF that goes directly to the customer while we are still onsite shows the customers we are a professional company and will aways be ready to serve them whenever they need us.

Pros

Mobile app, GPS tracking, Time sheet tracking, Invoice Tracking, Inventory Tracking Great customer service.

No PO system yet.

Pros

The ability to have a whole customer database, scheduling software, technician tracking, inventory etc database with one application

Cons

Occasional "bugs" like any program, however RazorSync is very quick to correct issues as they arise.

They also love the additional independence that comes with automatic status updates & notifications. On the business side, overall workflow improvements saves us an average of 20 hours per week!

Pros

Easy drag & drop scheduling/re-routing - electronic work orders branded with our company logo - automatic mobile invoicing & QuickBooks update - auto track of technician time, including travel time.

Cons

Route optimization features could be better.

Pros

Mobil app is easy to use for techs out in the field, I love the was the schedule keeps track of all the jobs color coordinated

Cons

Reporting, invoices are very hard to print out for my daily report, you have to click too many times to find invoiced done, it would be really helpful to being able to find invoices quick

I like it because I can schedule calls and see the schedule from my smart phone. The import routine worked well so we could easily import our existing clients.

Best Bang for Buck!

I run an energy auditing / inspection firm and I have tried dozens of other apps to help automate and track our workflow.

Pros

We have several different types of inspections that have stages and steps that require both field users and office users to complete.

Cons

It works... it's just a bit clunky. UI- RazorSync does not appear nearly as polished as it's competitors.

Ease of use from phone in field, other services we have used were not as simple to use and the platform was totally different from back office

Accountability of filed workers, reporting of wo's with images/notes in one place

Pros

Breadcrumbs tracking to see routes of field workers.

Cons

Would like see a breadcrumb report as when a worker on a service request you can't really see the 'time' on site as the tags bundle up and the 'request' blocks seeing times, need to force sync to register clock in/out often, would love to see a report showing time on a work order.

We really like the ability to keep all the customers info in one database but still can have the ability to export everything to quickbooks.

Pros

We are easily able to communicate with techs in the field. The customer reports are a great feature to send to customers to show them what we have done when additional details are needed.

All information in one place - it's truly the best product we've found for a customer data base and work order program together.

Pros

The ease of scheduling is probably the best feature. Also, like the detail in the customers accounts as well as the ability to add attachments to customer files and work orders, etc.

Cons

No sales person listed for accounts, the screen for invoicing is too small and you can't hit return to go to the next line, there is no place for customer PO's on invoices, time sheets could also use some work as well.

Tracking ongoing service through the service sheets with reporting has been a big plus.

I wish there was more flexibility with invoicing. Emailing invoices to multiple addresses for one.

RazorSynce gives us the ability to see the location of the customers for better location management.

Pros

The search ability by addresses since my home warranty and property managers send payments by address not names.

Cons

Example: The customer has a $100 deductible and our trip charge is $75 but the invoice is not complete but I need to post payment.

The GPS mapping is great both for my technicians (to find new addresses) and for me to track & monitor my employees (it removes any speculation when a customer says our guy never showed up - I've got a gps location with date & time showing he was on site).

Pros

Time card apps/services alone charge far more for just that feature!

Cons

I'd like to see a 'reminder' feature added, and service requests that can go infinitely into the future instead of the current 3 year limitation.
