Good but needs improvements

We would not be able to run our complex business without an ERP software package like Realtrac

Great features, but needs additional development

Using Realtrac is not my first ERP experience.  I found moving into Realtrac to NOT be very intuitive.

Realtrac review experience

We've been using realtrac for several months. It has helped us keep track of our work load and costs efficiently. I would like to see help buttons when there are issues with purchase order or invoices not posting. It would be nice if the software gave some explanations as to why something may not have posted/exported. It would also be very helpful if there were satellite training classes to address specific issues that customers may be having (instead of only running remote sessions). 

Needs improvement

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been very helpful with an questions or issues. I have used other ERP softwares (most exposure to Epicor). Realtrac is a more simple ERP as far as user friendly application. 

Also since last update, software is slow and sometimes glitchy. And have had to exit and then re-open the job screen to get any attachments to show.

Great System, Everything We Needed Without the Crazy Complexity

RealTrac fit our company at the perfect time!  We were a smaller company that never had a job shop ERP system and RealTrac made this very easy to implement and allow us to grow.  It is the perfect software to get started and grow your company!

Money well spent

The hardest part of choosing a ERP software is adapting your already established nomenclature, planning and processing methods to the software. While no software can completely adapt to the way a company runs, this one comes close. Where you are forced to change to fit the system, the staff is every ready to help guide the stake holders through the process.

Small Company review

We are a small growing shop.  We had purchased a different ERP software 1 year ago.   We struggled to implement it.   The estimating part of it was really clunky.  We ended up relying on spreadsheets yet.   Realtrac has been extremely easy to learn.   It just makes sense.   We went with the leasing option and like that we always get the most up to date version.

It has also changed how we manage our inventory by consolidating our warehouse. Realtrac has proven to be an effective tool and everyone in the office enjoys its ease of use.

The likes, In short, the ability to build and track multi level BOM's while having Shop management, inventory visibility and  scheduling features. These have long been the desirable features.

I moved half way across the country and here I am again with Realtrac, it made my transition into my new job very easy. It is well worth the money spent and the customer service is great.

Timeclock is easy for HR, and tracking down where a job is in the manufacturing process from a remote location is easy as well.

Integration and customer service was almost non-existent and very difficult.

When we have an issue, we can't see what transactions took place prior to see where the problem occur to make our qty off or see any negative qty's.

I love that ProShop has the ability to store so much information within its modules, and makes it easy for the whole team to follow along an order and know exactly what is going on and when.

This is great when you are investigating something, whether it's something that went right or wrong, the data is there and will reveal the information you need within a few clicks.

Hyperlinks make navigation between different areas of the software easy and intuitive.

Advisor/Instructor

The sheer amount of features made it intimidating at first glance but this is the case with all ERP software I have seen. After using the software, we found it very intuitive.
