Stock Maintenance, order management from outlet level, production related are very much helpful for us in Posist Inventory Management software. Also Pricing, food cost for the items, outlets can be verified using Recipe costing. If we manage the options good we get correct information from the reports.
First we started with one outlet and later we implemented Base Kitchen and another outlet, so managing with one outlet and with base kitchen made us easy to made easy to maintain the stock at both the level. Inside Base Kitchen we manage Warehouse and Central kitchen.
Small queries like price not updated, item not mapped like queries but that all get resolved through implementation team. Some masters import we require support from posist but that also we are getting immediate support.

Overall inventory management software in Posist helps us on generating reports for outlet level and warehouse level for our management purpose. some times the consumption report gives wrong value but later it is resolved by some update.
In Posist Inventory the good is that indent process like (Order, supply and receive) of items from outlet to warehouse or central kitchen. Also entries part like stock entry, wastage, physical entries are good.
Recently while GRN entry the items are loading 1st time and we give proceed, but we not get message of summitted, due to this multiple times the entries doing wrongly.

vendor payment details. Month closing entry reports. Wastage tracking reports daily basis.
User-friendly software. Daily enter the purchase bill & using internal indent. easy to receive the direct raw materials and same time transfer can also do with current kitchen and cost center Daily enter the wastage and reuse help to find the current closing with report also
Backdate edit entry does not show at the same time. Reports are taking time to update for backdate entry made.

As it is cloud-based software it is easy to use anywhere at any time. Without recipe mapping, we can get the Consumption report in our expected format. It is easy that Purchase order can be sent to the vendor by mail automatically and that can be converted into a Purchase entry.
The POSIST is user-friendly where we can do the Stock Entry Process, Stock Transfer process, Stock Checking and Inventory Maintenance in an easy method. Stock Reports can be checked easily for the items for concerned departments. Based on the Issue to the concerned departments we can get the value of Costing for the cost centers. Monthly Stock check is also easy as we can do excel import in a single time.
It would be better if we get the stock value in the Purchase Price for the items at the time of month-end. Stock Transfer some simplification required as we are maintaining multiple departments inside the Store. It should not allow excess stock while issuing to other departments and we require validation. All the items should show for all the vendors, here only if we map the items to the vendor can able to do the Purchase entry.

Inventory maintenance is good and all the transactions are tracked and can be verified by our management. Purchase orders can be maintained easily with the Vendors. Recently the last price can be verified while doing purchase orders and at the time of purchase entry. Various reports like consumption, closing stock report, indent reports are good to check for our month end time.
This Software is best to do maintenance of Inventory for Stores and kitchens. Raw Materials Purchase Order raising, receiving Good receipt notes, issuing the stock to other departments like kitchens are made easy and simplified. once stock is issued can be checked in reports any time and anywhere as we required in different report formats. Food costs for the month can be viewed as per the cost centers. Totally simplified software to do our daily transactions.
Some hiccups are there like data syncing taking time, backdate entry limitation, stock value verifying with avg price like some limitation is there. But still, more can be finetuned by the software team for the users. Master creation required by the users for the outlets etc.

Majorly managing the stock for items department-wise is good to see. Indent process not only within outlet but also outlet to outlet can be controlled in this. Reports are good, and any system we can generate the information for this outlet, like enterprise level and outlet level, can be downloaded.
Stock Module is excellent and easy to use for our day-to-day operations to manage our Inventory. Daily Indent process from store to the kitchen and for other departments we use this Internal Indent Process. This software uses daily entries like wastage and stock transfer options. Weekly and Monthly Physical stock updations, and we are updating and getting the exact stock value.
Master and transactions cannot be done in one user ID; we need to create two user IDs and use two different browsers or other systems. If this is resolved, it will be easy for our daily operations. Pricing also requires FIFO, but in this system, we have only Average pricing and other pricing; even this would require updating it.

Overall Posist Inventory Management is good for the stock management. Various approvals like Purchase order, Indent approval, Internal indent approval etc available. Recipe mapping available but not started. But this can be done for the production of items.
Stock Management, Reports, Indent process are good. Easy to use and do the transaction. Vendor orders genration and convert to Purchase made easy. Monthly physical stock updation and variance checking made easy.
Some times reports generation slow, taking more time. Transactions edit required more than 5 days. Some times reports value mismatch. This needs to be recitified.

As this is cloud software we can check the reports on any system and in any location. Entries also can be done using login credentials for any location. Costing-related reports can be checked, production entries can be made like such options available.
As this is an enterprise module we can manage the Items, and vendors all from one system and can assign to the required outlets depending on the operations. Reports can be generated in one place to view all the outlet's transactions. Purchase, Issues, and stock qty can be verified at the enterprise level. Issuing locations can be created and can manage the cost centres as per our requirement.
Reports initially were confused as stock mismatch due to backdating entry syncing delay, suggested posist to check and give a realtime update for backdating entries. Physical stock updation calculations were confusing to check by the team and to understand. Still, this can make it simpler.

Majorly we can say that Stock Manitenance for Raw Material, Semi Processed Items, Finished Food items entries, variance, costing are managed using Posist Inventory management software. Food cost percentage outlet wise percentage we can check for daily / weekly / monthly. Also managing outlet stock are good.
We like in Posist Inventory as it is helping us to manage our stocks at warehouse level and outlet level in giving orders to vendors, receiving the stocks, indenting the stocks within the outlets etc are really good to use.
Reports are at initial stage faced some issue like consumption but now it seems good that are resolved and getting the reports which we require. Apart from this everyghing ok as of now.

I can use this application even from my home as it is browser(web) based application.I have some requirements too:The automatic purchase price is not catching from the last purchased items transaction.And Purchase order also we are not getting the last price.We need to have an automated rate calculation on our purchase based on the last transacted value
We are able to use the internal indent properly as all the cost centers are raising the request and we are able to fulfill it.Closing stock values are matching.
Nothing as of now everything is going good.

Managing Inventory for Kitchen and Food Cost reporting Purchase Order Request, PO, GRN. All the above modules are used widely and from those modules the data flows to reports. These reports are used for business decisions.
The system is having all modules covering all the processes. The dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to access. Customer Support is excellent and on time. We are communicating with [sensitive content hidden] for the support. During the support he has helped a lot to bring the system live and running. Academy is having full length tutorial videos and easy to navigate to individual topics.
Sync takes more time and for every update, we have to publish and update. Settings icons exists at two levels, one is at the enterprise level and second setting is at the entity level. There is slight difficulty in navigating to the respective settings sections. Other than this, the rest is fine.

Purchasing has been optimized, Accurate food costs help us to drive Discounts and offers, This decision can be made by Ops managers now , it actually helps to empower our ops managers and sr chefs, as they don't have to wait for Owners' confirmation to drive discounts.
Integration between Recipe, Raw materials, packing materials, and all other elements he's us to arrive at accurate food cost.
Reports use many industry-specific terminologies, which are often difficult to understand. A brief pop-up in each column while placing the mouse, would help us to understand the meaning better.

Reporting part is very useful easy to track the closing for the stock for all the departments in a single window as well for all location easily to find the closing store and easy to make the purchase for the store.
Stock Entry is very easy to do daily and help to manage with different cost center same time, we can transfer the item as per the requirement, and we can move the raw material from one location to another location.
Backdate entry should be more than 15 days, and the system gets slow sometimes for the backdate reporting, and there is snyc issue with the system after every entry need to wait for 5 to 10 mints which make the difficulty in transferring the correct item as per the requirement for the department.

Daily Purchases, material transfer between multiple deployments and within the deployment between main store to multiple cost centers, maintaining daily wastage's and matching day to day basis closing.
POSist is very good software to manage the day to day basis inventory and we can transfer materials from one outlet to another outlet and its user friendly software with many features. We are getting a good support from implementation team and they guide us very well.
There is nothing to dislike into POSist inventory software. It's a very good software for hospitality industries and we are using it on daily basis and getting better result.

Managing Inventory, Order supply, Production costing, Outlet restaurant Food cost like for Restaurant managing all the options are available and we can get benefit of that.
For our Central Kitchen we Implemented Posist for Central purchase, supply Raw Materials to outlets, production entry, managing the recipe cost, outlet level reports checking etc. Overall it is good.
Recipe reimport or overwrite options required to update the Recipe if any corrections or to update the new Raw Materials.

Reporting and get the food cost report.Cloud base software we can access it from anywhere.Solved the daily variance of some items which infect my food cost mostly.
Functioning at various locations and get the solutions in one portel. I liked the use friendliness and it is easy to access anytime anywhere.Good reports which helps us to maintain the track the variance of every minute items.
Some time it takes time to publish .Take too much time to connect to support. Not very happy with support some times it takes at list one hour or more to connect with them but when It is connected staff is very helpful.

Out Of Many few below.... 1.Internal Request Tracking. 2.Daily Purchase Booking & Its Detailed Journal. 3.Food Cost Calculation . 4.Variance Management. All Software Screens are quick and easy to Navigate with all our Processes attached. We had a very great time while implementing it with their Team. It was Fun!!!

Reports are very good and gives the real time inventory with closing value so that we can track the closing stock with value accordingly we can make the purchase for the stock..
System is very good to use in daily basis this made easy to place the requirement to Store also we can get the reorder level list details by Email so that we can raise the request for the raw material. System is very easy to use and user friendly.
Some time system takes time to update the stock entry and back date entries are not getting update in the same time.

Easy to track the issue for the raw material with the value and quantity cost center wise all the report can be print with all the the format system can be access from any where.
Using by this system operations is very easy to handle like placing the order to vendor we can send purchase order requirement to the vendor by email though the system which save the time and there is price for the raw material vendor wise so that make easy to chose the purchase option.
Backdate entry is only issue it should be more the 15 days.

Posist is User friendly system. it's easy for the stock inventory and financial support for the business of the company, purchasing and transferring to other departments are made easy for the cost controlling. Posist service support from [sensitive content hidden] was Great to the unlimited and we always thank [sensitive content hidden] for your great service.
As of now there is nothing that we didn't like about posist, but sometimes there is frequency change in the error of price when purchase entered in the system, especially the units.

Reports are good to check for all the transactions for the outlet. Consumption, stock, and food cost reports are good to review and give correct details. Apart from this, Internal indent is also good within the outlet like store to kitchen stock transfer.
Purchase Order entry automated mail sending to vendors, also approval we can set before sending to vendor Converting PO to Purchase entry made it easy as there is no double entry. Indent processes like request, supply and receive within outlets are useful. Overall the options are good to use.
Sometimes stock updation issues will arise as backdate entries will not update immediately and will take 24 hrs to update. Recently we have been facing a GRN number duplication issue, which needs to be resolved by Posist immediately.

Globally satisfied, good tools and good software. All required options are available. Support about implementation is good.
System is complete with good options. In general it is friendly user. The recipe part is great and the indenting part also with good clarity.
System should have ability or an option where recipe can be created instantly with cost on a real time basis. Also looking about a report for a month and not day by day. need more clarity about the report.

We are able to get the inventory reports properly and provided we will have to enter the enteries properly.
We have done the implementation is super quick and whenever we are dropping any query it is getting resolved in very quick time. We are able to get the food cost report properly because of the Posist inventory module.
Newly joined person is not able to grasp the application instantly, it takes little time for him to learn.

We are able to generate the vendor based purchase on a daily and monthly basis. Average price is getting calculated automatically by the system which is making us to generate the report easier.
It user friendly for stock updation and transfer out. Easy to calculate for every month stock and Issue value. Centralized master creation is making us easy to update the data vendor wise and outlet wise. Whatever we are requesting to the implementation team within the available option they are able to provide us with the solution in a quick turn around time.
