It gives us a real time control of the inventory with live reporting that makes tracking very easy.Stock reports are quite extensive and definitely impolroves our effeciency.

Very Nice system user friendly easy to operate access from any place and all report help to track the correct costing for food.

Pros

Getting the Correct report as require to to mention the stock level for the outlet easy to raise the indent for all the outlet and real time stock can be track easily

Cons

Some time get slow and backdate entry takes time to shown in the report need to work on it

Comparing last app its has good access to track all the data on daily basis

Pros

It is easy to track daily consumption where we can track easily.Reports are easily accessible and fast.

Cons

Sometime there is issue while entering stock.Unit of measurement are not align.

Majorly stock maintenance is managed in Posist Inventory software, stock issue to outlets also made easy using this screens.

Pros

Easy to do the purchase entry from the vendors, some times purchase orders also raising but not from all vendors. Closing stock report and other report easy to check.

Cons

Nothing to say as dislike but some times taking more time to publish and update the master to outlet.

Stock entry concerns were resolved, continuous help towards how to make the entries etc & I recommend others to go for this software as this contains most of the features that a company will be requiring to enhance it's business.

Pros

Posist has very interesting features in their stock and inventory module, we can track most of our operations through this and reportings are good.

Cons

Some of the features are still under development and needs more clarification toward it. (Enterprise Consumption Report, Preferred Unit)

Posist Inventory Management Product Review

Majorly reports can be generated at an enterprise level. Some reports are at the outlet level but that can be managed internally. All the Inventory level masters we can create centrally and can be published to the outlets and that can be managed outlet level. Transactions can be managed through the approval process and there is a separate module there.

Pros

As this is an enterprise module it is very useful to manage the inventory Module for all the Outlets in our organization. Managing item masters (Raw Materials) that we procure from vendors are managed in this software. From raising Purchase orders from outlets to issuing the items for production are managed in this software. Different reports are generated for monthly and weekly reports for analyzing the costing.

Cons

Sometimes reports issue we face and not able to understand the consumption if we generate at the enterprise level. still, more simplification is required to understand the part of the report. Not only reports but some flow can be simplified for the users in the outlets.

Managing Inventory, Order supply, Production costing, Outlet restaurant Food cost like for Restaurant managing all the options are available and we can get benefit of that.

Pros

For our Central Kitchen we Implemented Posist for Central purchase, supply Raw Materials to outlets, production entry, managing the recipe cost, outlet level reports checking etc. Overall it is good.

Cons

Recipe reimport or overwrite options required to update the Recipe if any corrections or to update the new Raw Materials.

Good for inventory management

Yes, it was able to help me get a better database and inventory tracking system for my business

Pros

It has robust reporting system, There is a lot of scope to view data differently

Cons

However the customizability in reports causes a slight inconveniences in terms of utilizing it to breakdown data in power bi, because of not having separate category ranges.

Stock Management Software Review - Posist

Inventory management can be the best part that we can manage in stores and kitchen. The user access and approval part are good to use. Physical stock entries and after that variance can be identified if there is any difference in the stocks. Import options are available in all the entries where we no need to do manual entries. From this we are benefiting from Posist.

Pros

For the operational level to manage the stock for the outlet this software is very useful. Raising the Purchase order to the vendor, converting PO to GRN, and issuing the stock to Kitchen for Production is very easy and made simple for us. Same like Indent process between outlets and inside Store to Kitchen also process defined where we can do through the Indent. This seems like the best for us.

Cons

Sometimes entries are updated but reflected late in the reports may be due to data not syncing. This can be rectified from posist side. Masters updation we need to depend on our managers, so this option can be provided to users to make the entries faster.

This is a very easy application comparing it to the other one which we were using it.

Pros

The stock you are able to see properly. We are able raise the request to the central kitchen on a day to day basis.

Cons

There are some items that are in negative which we are not able to rectify it.

Good Inventory App

Overall is great and manageable especially with the help and support from implementation specialist [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been wonderful.

Pros

Inventory is easy to create, system is clear and dictated very well, accurate data and updated as well, posting of daily purchases and tracking consumption is very easy and in a few click we are able to cover all our daily operation, it's an end to end truly cloud solution which also works offline, system has a detailed recipe management module with advanced options.

Cons

The least i don't like in the system was you cannot log on in any laptop or gadgets without the clearing cache so then you need to inform them before you start using it in other laptop, system should have a single login to multiple stores, apart from this test everything is good in this application.

Reporting and get the food cost report.Cloud base software we can access it from anywhere.Solved the daily variance of some items which infect my food cost mostly.

Pros

Functioning at various locations and get the solutions in one portel. I liked the use friendliness and it is easy to access anytime anywhere.Good reports which helps us to maintain the track the variance of every minute items.

Cons

Some time it takes time to publish .Take too much time to connect to support. Not very happy with support some times it takes at list one hour or more to connect with them but when It is connected staff is very helpful.

Out Of Many few below.... 1.Internal Request Tracking. 2.Daily Purchase Booking & Its Detailed Journal. 3.Food Cost Calculation . 4.Variance Management. All Software Screens are quick and easy to Navigate with all our Processes attached. We had a very great time while implementing it with their Team. It was Fun!!!

Reports are very good and gives the real time inventory with closing value so that we can track the closing stock with value accordingly we can make the purchase for the stock..

Pros

System is very good to use in daily basis this made easy to place the requirement to Store also we can get the reorder level list details by Email so that we can raise the request for the raw material. System is very easy to use and user friendly.

Cons

Some time system takes time to update the stock entry and back date entries are not getting update in the same time.

Pros

Indent Ordering to Central Warehouse and for Central Kitchen for the Raw Materials and for the Finished food made easy through Posist. All other options are good.

Cons

While doing billing it is not validating the stock, some times going in negative if there is no stock, so we required validation.

Easy to track the issue for the raw material with the value and quantity cost center wise all the report can be print with all the the format system can be access from any where.

Pros

Using by this system operations is very easy to handle like placing the order to vendor we can send purchase order requirement to the vendor by email though the system which save the time and there is price for the raw material vendor wise so that make easy to chose the purchase option.

Cons

Backdate entry is only issue it should be more the 15 days.

Comparing to the other application hear the screens are easy to use.

Pros

We are raise the Purchase Order very easily as we are converting the Internal Indent to a Purchase Order is a very easy way. This Inventory application is very Robust one.

Cons

Only the Back dated entry needs to be synced in the system on the same day so that we do not want to wait till next morning 11AM
