Stock maintenance, inventory management in outlet level, report generation.
We are using indent order processing, purchase entry, production entry. Which is very user friendly.
The only issues we are facing is syncing issues and issue where the reports rarely gets mixed up.

We have not yet encountered any major issue so far, and if there were any issues, these were promptly resolved by the support / development team.
Intuitive architecture and process related to entire inventory. From masters creation to recipe, entire flow is very well designed and user friendly. There is a vast range for reports related to Inventory. Support team is prompt and helpful and issue resolution is quick.
There is scope to increase reports at enterprise level, so that outlet wise comparison is possible for various parameters.

Direct issue option is very good option for solving our stock transfer in short time.
We like direct issue options which make our work easy. The application is very easy to use. Internal Indenting process are very good.
We found backdated option not available for Purchase Order. Also backdated entries get reflect next day after 11:00 AM.

I am using Posist Inventory Management, a cloud-based inventory management program. It offers real-time tools for managing recipes, purchase orders, vendors, and inventories, assisting restaurant owners and managers in cutting waste and increasing productivity.

After using Posist inventory, we were able to find out the cost and solved the financial issues in the Resort.
Posist is User friendly system. it's easy for the stock inventory and financial support for the business of the company, purchasing and transferring to other departments are made easy for the cost controlling. Posist service support from [sensitive content hidden] was Great to the unlimited and we always thank [sensitive content hidden] for your great service.
As of now there is nothing that we didn't like about posist, but sometimes there is frequency change in the error of price when purchase entered in the system, especially the units.

In comparison to other programmes, the indent module performs well. In this software, we are using the Indent Order and Indent Receive functions to acquire things for our inventory. Utilizing this software, local purchases for our outlet are also made using Purchase Orders and Purchase Entry.
There is a five-day limit on back-date entries. This needs to be brought up again. Severe issues can occasionally arise due to delayed synchronising process

Mainly Stock Management can be done an easy way. Monthly report submitting to our management is normal and no spend more time to give the reports. Monthly physical stock updation gives us variance and can identify most variance items and values.
Posist Inventory Management Software is easy to use for the operations like Purchase Order, Purchase Entry, Physical Stock Entry, Wastage Entry, and Internal Indents for stock transfer etc. Based on the entries we can check the stock reports and can analyze the stock flow and other required reports.
Stock Masters are not able to manage in stock entries screen, if still that option is given it would be better for users to complete the entries faster. some times sync issue are there and mostly backdate entry data will show after one day only. So we would require that option in system as well.

Overall the reports, stock maintenance are managed using this inventory module.
Base Kitchens operations are doing good like purchase entry, Indent process, retail items recipe consumptions and finished food items production entries. Finished food recipe mapping still in progress. support good from posist team.
as of now nothing issue but once implemented all the recipe if any will update.

Reports are good to check for all the transactions for the outlet. Consumption, stock, and food cost reports are good to review and give correct details. Apart from this, Internal indent is also good within the outlet like store to kitchen stock transfer.
Purchase Order entry automated mail sending to vendors, also approval we can set before sending to vendor Converting PO to Purchase entry made it easy as there is no double entry. Indent processes like request, supply and receive within outlets are useful. Overall the options are good to use.
Sometimes stock updation issues will arise as backdate entries will not update immediately and will take 24 hrs to update. Recently we have been facing a GRN number duplication issue, which needs to be resolved by Posist immediately.

Overall Experience is good in this software related to inventory management. Stoc auditing, approval, report automation like advance options also available while comparing other software.
Daily Transactions of Stock entry, stock transfer, reports checking, Indenting process are good to use in Posist software. Management related reports can be generated easliy from Posist as this is cloud based.
Very less about least about the Posist Inventory management software like some times syncing related issue, some time taking more time to generated the report etc but not major.

Globally satisfied, good tools and good software. All required options are available. Support about implementation is good.
System is complete with good options. In general it is friendly user. The recipe part is great and the indenting part also with good clarity.
System should have ability or an option where recipe can be created instantly with cost on a real time basis. Also looking about a report for a month and not day by day. need more clarity about the report.

Most of the problems are solved when comparing to other application I used.
This is easy to do the inventory and it is fastest and easiest.
The total amount is not coming in the indent screen and nothing as such.

We are able to get the inventory reports properly and provided we will have to enter the enteries properly.
We have done the implementation is super quick and whenever we are dropping any query it is getting resolved in very quick time. We are able to get the food cost report properly because of the Posist inventory module.
Newly joined person is not able to grasp the application instantly, it takes little time for him to learn.

We are able to generate the vendor based purchase on a daily and monthly basis. Average price is getting calculated automatically by the system which is making us to generate the report easier.
It user friendly for stock updation and transfer out. Easy to calculate for every month stock and Issue value. Centralized master creation is making us easy to update the data vendor wise and outlet wise. Whatever we are requesting to the implementation team within the available option they are able to provide us with the solution in a quick turn around time.
Everything is going good with the application and nothing worry some.

Posist inventory Management solves problems like uploading recipe reports outlets and helping us get consumption reports correctly; the indenting process is easy. Outlet-wise wastage entry Phyical stock entry can be updated whenever required.
Managing multiple outlets is easy in this software, And We get all the reports for outlets properly. For raising indents And we are getting all sales reports properly.
Dislike is not there as of now in Posist. Any changes or any points we are discussing with posist team. Only point Recipe import or mapping can be made easy by the users.

Easily get the reports of everytime.Can find the bill of any date which is very good and time saving.This also shows summary of the sale in a week or a month.
It's wonderful software which is easy to use. You can learn this within a minute. Everything is organized in this. Easily find the reports, previous bills etc.
Sometimes it takes time while opening. Every time this need to refresh and taking long time.

At the very initial stage you will find it difficulty in using the application once you progress through it you will get all the necessary outputs excellently
# The User acceptancy testing of the application where I learned alot from the implementation team # Implementation process was documented and shared to us in the very begining stage and it was implemented the same way
