Best is they have everything on the one platform with cloud based system it can also be operated on handset as well is the best.
Reports were not generating accurate but now the problems have been solved since they are also helping to set up the system in a proper manner.

We are getting reports properly, Indenting process are very good. Managing our inventory accurately.
We found very good process for inventory and indent process for ordering.
As of now we didn't face any issue in inventory module. It is working fine.

We are freely using the application with error free.
It is helping us in the managing the inventory on a daily basis.
In most of the entry screens when we are entering the qty and pressing enter it should come to the next qty column. It is kind of a usability related activity.

Posist inventory management software is easy to use. all reports are detailed. because of Posist e can manage our stocks efficiently.
while entering stock in hand gms or nos item to item change. its difficult enter numbers. If there is auto conversation for gms & cases and numbers.

We are able to check the variances on a regular basis as we are doing it on a daily basis.
Physical stock entry seems very simple to use. Stock entry also we can receive it on a daily basis.
In Wastage entry we are not able to manage the scoop wise entry as it goes on Grams basis.

Proper track of the inventory on revenue-wise and reports are very good.
The application is well in sync and everyone can use it.
Report generation should be little easier for the new users. We need to teach new users by giving them in writing the steps of the reports.

Previously we did Inventory management in excel, but now we are using Posist to manage our inventory. We are generating reports like consumption, indent reports, and Variance reports are good to check, and for stock, we check closing stock reports which is good for knowing the inventory status.
The indent module is good when compared to other software, and we are doing all the indents through this software only. Indent Order, Indent Receive doing in this Software and getting items for our inventory. Purchase Order, Purchase entry is also done for local purchases for our outlet using this software. Physical stock updation also doing and getting the variance for the products.
Sometimes the system is slow there, and due to that the transaction delay will be there, If Posist checks this it would be great to solve that. Recipe consumption has not yet started due to mapping pending; once done will review and get the exact status of the food costing.

We have add in the recipes all packaging & consumable items system generated the proper recipes food cost with nonfood items.
Real time traking items wise stock availablity & reorder level reports as per set the sutable time recived the email notification items wise reorder quantity or minimum or maximum order quantity.
publishing issue some time take a more then one hours.

Nothing much they always help when you stuck somewhere. one issue is negative entries edit rights only for 5 days. can be increased as per requirement

Real time inventory available. Production entry we are doing on real time. Earlier we were using excel for inventory and production. Now we are avoiding the duplicate entries.
It is helpful for get real time stock and user friendly to operate.
Nothing to dislike as we are still exploring the product and would take time to arrive on the dislikes.

We can check for days closing stock so that we have clear picture what quantity need to be order or purchase.
After purchase entry the stock directly can be transfer to perticular department ie kitchen / bar or for staff.Base on this it easy to generate reports.a best training & support given by [sensitive content hidden]
Once wrong entry is done we need delete option so that we can resolve the problem.

We were able to optimize our inventory on a daily basis which is leading to maintain our actual inventories properly.
We are able to manage the wastages properly in the system on a daily basis.Very easy to raise the indent to the Central Kitchen as well as to the nearest outlets.

- Reports can be verified outlet-wise using centralized reports like consumption reports, variance reports etc.- The chef can check the production plan and estimation of the material before production
- Masters management made it easy to maintain the Raw Materials, Vendors, Tax and Recipe Mapping- implementing new outlets made it easy only to replicate the existing data for the new outlets and can start the transaction by doing the indenting process- monthly closing importing can be done using excel import options.- Reports can be checked at outlet level and at the enterprise level.
- First time implementing some hard to as we require implementation team help to complete it.- items units and categories not able to modify once the items are created need to delete, which takes more time to do that- Sometimes, data sync takes more time to update to the cloud.

Daily we can track the inventory regularly. We can check it the reports properly as the syncing is done every minute.
Stock entry is very simple to use, as we are able to do it regularly.
We can show the variance in the same screen of Physical stock entry page, instead of showing it in the reports.
