Chrome extension for Google calendar, logs out after awhile so makes using it a pain. To get the most out of it, I'd need staff to login to the Robin website not ideal with my group of users.

It has helped saved time (and with it money) by providing the tools need to book and manage these shared spaces. No more headaches with dueling meeting requests and 'room squatters.

Csv is a little bit of a pain, some data is difficult to access (specifically bookings that auto-cancel due to not checking in).

Honestly, the one thing I found a bit frustrating with Deskbird is that it can feel a bit limited when trying to customize settings for larger, more complex teams or offices.
