Its very easy to use and has made our company almost completely paperless on the safety side. Whenever I have had a question SafetySync has always been super quick to respond and has helped me through whatever I've needed.
Sometimes I feel like there is to many steps needed to upload safety records but it's not to bad. I've never really run into a problem with anything. It is designed well.

The ability to document a lot at a reasonable price, and the ability to opt out if we need to do so.
The time it takes to upload the data. It would be helpful if items like an excel spreadsheet with incidents could be merged using your tech support, so I do not need to enter this. I would LOVE to see this as an app, since our employees do not all have computers.

Excellent experience and will allow us to reduce the liability of our workforce.
The availability of training options and the ability to use the QR code for documentation are perfect for what we do.
The initial learning curve is a little steep. A set of tutorials would be helpful.

SafetySync is just the tool I've been looking for to manage our safety program. Not only does it simplify tracking of certificates--both worker training and equipment maintenance and inspections--it is also easy for the workers to access and use. It has proven to be a very cost-effective way to manage workers and equipment; my favourite feature is the wide variety of training courses included in the user per month fee. The times I have required customer support, I have been overwhelmed by the quality and helpfulness of the support team. We will be using this service for years to come.
I most appreciate the depth of material this program covers, from audit standards to employee compliance to equipment tracking.
I find the menu a little hard to navigate on occasion.

It has been useful to have all employees take WHMIS and general awareness courses. It saves us money from sending to external courses. The site could use a revamp if it wants to compete with SiteDocs as far as a safety platform. Good for courses but that’s about it. Not super user friendly.
It is inexpensive. Good for a small business who needs basic safety services such as WHMIS.
The courses are simply awareness courses. For example, if you have an employee who needs confined space, the course on here may not be comprehensive enough to enter confined spaces but good for a spotter.

I have been using SafetySync for over two years. It is a great place to upload Company documents and view them in the Field on a cell phone. Also able to download documents. It is user-friendly and would recommend it for large Company use.it is cost efficient Great Product

Having everything in one place and everyone can access it. It will save so much time in the future for new hires and existing employee's.
It allow our company to keep everything in one place, well organised easy to use. Our workers are located all across the province and this allows them to access everything they need from where ever they are.
The only thing I can say is more company orientations set up, I am confident the list will grow as time goes on.

We started using SafetySync about a year and a half ago. It is a very easy way to track your employee's training and expiring certificates. It also is a great way to keep track of your action items. It allows you to assign the action item to a person who then gets a notification . So much easier than running around trying to get people to complete their action items.

Training Management is the biggest feature I like about this
Once its set up makes managing the HSE systems very simple. Reduces administrative cost in many departments and allows us to easily manage our remote workers ensuring they get and review all aspects of our systems and training requirements.
Self-population when adding users to a new company would be nice for some of the training requirements and tickets.

Simple to set up and create customizable reports and tracking. This is great for any size company and is nice that you can have all of your safety information in one spot.
I think that safety programs like this need to have apps for mobile devices. Many times the people who need to fill out reports or need information are in the field. Apps make that experience easier.

Love the software! Clear interface, great courses, and a convenient and easy way to store all safety-related company records. The option to send out reminders of uncompleted courses is a huge bonus our employees have been very compliant. Keep up the great work!

I love this program, I do not use it yet to the best of its abilities as I am still trying to get everyone on board with it. The only thing I would really like to see is for safety sync to come out with an app. I believe it would be easier then to get all our employees on board because they are not ALWAYS near a computer, BUT, they do ALWAYS have their phone on them.

learnt a lot of new things.
easy to use fun very fast loading times. can login in from the phone no need for a computer. the videos are great.
can't just do the quiz by reading the handout. have to watch the videos. some times the videos are very long and can take a long time.
