Pros

Product is user friendly and locally built considering norms of Indian Government. Services of the company is outstanding.
What I liked the most is the versatility it has to adapt to the needs of any type of business, a great alternative for ERP.
I am happy with the product. I administer this product as well as another ERP and this one is substantially better in nearly every way.

Pros

I love the customer support that comes with this software. We have weekly meetings with our customer support and the amount of work they put in to making their customer's happy is all worth it.
Easy to navigate, great functionality and flexibility. Great reporting tools, easy dashboard for keeping track of sales pipeline and great customer service.
I like reporting section the most. I like the ability and ease I can view my overall performance by source & then easily drill down to see all the details about the specific leads.

Cons

There are two many bugs for what is charged in maintenance fees. Sage is way too difficult to deal with and are surprised that users are unhappy.
Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!!! Customer Support leaves a lot to be desired, but we are forced to use it for the high price we pay in maintenance.
We have been using X3 for 6 years now, and we have not had any major problems.

Cons

This is frustrating because if I don't refresh it crashes after I update a few deals and if I do refresh to avoid the crash, I have to reset the filter.
I went to report it to mangement there, and there was no option. So they have no way of getting feedback on their bad employees.
Having the foul package it's expensive. The fact that you cannot talk with customer service directly over the phone it's painful.
