Pros

This platform is very easy to use and continues to improve with every update. Amazing for sales/recruiting and always has a responsive customer service.
It has an interesting interface, very affordable when it comes to be used and a top quality technical service.
It’s super easy to use and understand. Yo i love the Chatter feature because you can reach out to and keep anyone in the loop with any issues or important matters.

Pros

I appreciated that they were always patient and kind when I had a question or needed help with something. I would definitely recommend A1 Tracker if you are looking for great Software Company.
You can even have them help you pare the features down to only the things that are really necessary in your organization, which we liked since we were working on a budget.
An excellent tool for the management and control of contracts, keeps us up to date with the renewals and expiration of contracts, allowing us to obtain a better flow in our process.

Cons

One of the disadvantage which i find is to be with the pricing as it is on a bit higher side and the downtime is sometimes is very irritating.
Lack of pdf generation on clicking of custom button is a MAJOR limitation. Very poor customer support.
Often, you must adapt your process to the tool, not the tool to your process and that's the hardest part of Salesforce implementation. Also, multiple administrators can destroy your organization.

Cons

We were struggling with a multitude of systems that did not talk to each other, and found we were able to consolidate virtually all of the systems together into one package with A1 Tracker.
Our contracts are centrally organized and easy to locate. Renewal and expiration dates are no longer missed.
Our process was very manually intensive, and no one could access business information from outside the office.
