Pros

This program streamlined our inventory management needs. It has been amazing to see a company that's so dedicated to helping their customers.
It's a great value for the money and the customer service is always prompt and eager to resolve any issues that we've had arise.
I can't believe how amazing this platform is. Everyone I've worked with is EXCELLENT.

Pros

It's for free and easy to use. This is very good software for beginners and if you are away from your computer.
It’s a great software for a great price. It does everything those expensive editors do and it helps me find errors quickly with its color text.
CoffeeCup has a number of great products for working on websites. Their support team is patient and courteous.

Cons

Product listing efforts must be duplicated on between SA and most Marketplaces. Their Tech Staff is a bit lagging in getting new features completed...but most users will not run into this issue.
We have an EXTREMELY convoluted and demanding system to deal with and worked with ChannelAdvisor first. Of course they are the RollsRoyce of this business space and their prices reflect that.
The development team never seems to know what causes the slowness to occur randomly. Unfortunately, that issue has been an ongoing frustration with still no clear resolution.

Cons

Learning curve is problematic. There are problems during work (error of different types).
It is paid and they shows a yellow bar on on the editor and crazy suggestion to buy the pro version.
When drag and dropping some features would have limited capabilities to customize.
