Pros

Sellercloud is a great program to synchronize all of your inventory and orders. We have a medium size business less than 20 workers, and we are growing so this program was great for us.
My favorite thing about Sellercloud is their willingness and ability to customize the platform.
Great at inventory management, catalog, and has other features to keep you informed or help save time.

Pros

Improved efficiency through the whole of my business, very customer and user friendly regarding stock availability, back orders, status of individual accounts, reporting is amazing.
Support and account management is very responsive and helpful. Overall, it's a great and affordable business management software for SMEs covering most business functions.
Great software that helps run our business and drives automation into core businesses processes. It has many great features and is constantly evolving.

Cons

The old design was very un-intuitive and the new design is still missing some basic functionality.
Lack of updates stipulate on channels (categories).
Can't partially ship orders. Reports are missing a way to filter sales by warehouse with remaining inventory.

Cons

The sales pitch is 'you only buy it once and it is for life', no you have to have support and pay for it because things often go wrong.
Some developments such as courier integrations have different mappings and limited features implemented which then make it difficult to use them together with other couriers.
The reports are pretty rubbish and you have to pay for any specific report, again £350+vat per report. If you get it and the setup is wrong, they will charge you again.
