Arborgold's customer service is outstanding. They are so helpful and always make sure your questions are answered and your problems are solved. CSR isare my go to for the issues I've encountered. They are always willing to take the time to not only fix the problem but teach me how to fix it the next time it occurs.
Sometimes the wait times for customer service can be long.

Customer support and training is definitely worth the price when you're setting up.
Has great features like route optimization, crew scheduling and lets you track inventory. Their customer service is great.
The software, all in all, is very sluggish. Toggling through items on a page or shifting through pages was very testing for me.

Been with arborgold for about 11 years now and the customer service has been awesome.
I am writing this review because of the great customer support that reps provided me. He was prompt with the feedback from e-mails and when we scheduled a time to speak on the phone he called me at exactly the correct time. He was able to easily communicate what the issue was and how he could correct the problem for me. Furthermore, he moved some jobs in away that made my life much easier. VERY HAPPY
NOTHING. Whenever their is an issue, they are quick to resolve it. The updates they provide for the software keep us up to date.

None come to mind. I have had an issue with a staff member but nothing too serious. It happens, not everyone is great at customer service. Reps have been very friendly and helpful!

Easy to use, that means you don't have a hard learning curve. It can be adapt to any company size due to it's functionality, the customer service is brilliant, they will get back to you quickly and solving all your problems.
There are a few bugs, although when you report them they are usually sorted on the next update.

Has helped streamline the work day and communications between the office and the folks out in the field. Anytime I have run into an issue customer support has been quick to help and easy to contact. They also seem to genuinely care about keeping your business running smoothly.
Many useful features. Arborgold communicates with many third-party apps and programs, such as Twilio and Google Maps, taking some of the work load off staff. Every single customer service representative I've interacted with has been top notch and incredibly friendly and helpful.
Would love to see more customization options with automated appointment reminders, such as changing or removing the time stamps.

Our company was very paper driven and re-creating information occurred frequently. Arborgold provides seamless transition through our processes. Have found history and tracking information that is available very helpful.
Seamless workflow capabilities. Can take customer information from initial call, create proposal, work order and then invoice. Large variety of reports available. Flexibility for setup to match company needs. Customer service is excellent. Great response time and very helpful creating templates and answering questions.
Large amount of flexibility for setup. Can be difficult to think through and transition from old processes to getting Arborgold setup and staff acclimated. Nice to have options - but need to work through some jobs and determine how you want services and crews to be configured.

The customer service is exceptional. They are all very helpful, just what you want in a software company. If you've ever had a bad experience with a software company, you know what I'm talking about!
The ability to use multi-day projects. The SCM is great, and this really helps with our inventory counts. The job costing is amazing.
We have a love/hate with the amount of updates, and new uses that they release. They seem to upgrade the program every couple of months.

Mostly I like how easy it was for me to learn. The customer support is always very helpful. Tonight I was stumped and went on the CHAT at 7:00 and got right on Customer service agent TeamViewer and not only solved my problem but helped me understand my problem going forward.
Sometimes there's little kinks or funky problems that occur, but it seems the folks at Arborgold are constantly updating and improving.

Arborgold has always been First Class in every opportunity we’ve had to interact with each other. They are tech support staff who I get to speak to the most offers second to none customer service with lightning fast responses to all my questions. Arborgold understands the value of a customer.
I’ve had demos with our competition, Arborgold keeps steps simple for efficiency and ease of use. They’re staff has always treated me extremely well addressing all my concerns and fast responses.
The biggest complaint I have is not being able to any invoicing, accounting, deposits from Mobile Estimator. There isn’t a good way for me to access any of this information while I’m out in the field. When working 12hrs out and about, to come home to get caught up on things I wasn’t able to do while I was out is a little frustrating.

It's a very expensive software, maybe for a small tree or landscape company it would work but for us not cost effective.
ArborGold has a lot of capability and features. It's Industry specific so if your'e an Arborist, it has wonderful insight into your business and trade.
Its platform is access and it runs very slow. When generating reports especially, go get a coffee, do your nails and get lunch because it is a dog. I use Quickbooks too and got spoiled with there split second results. Also, customer service is great when you're buying the product and often absent when you own it. Then any custom reports you need is an upcharge. We switched back to QB...

The software has tons of potential. I feel like I don't use it to its fullest but the parts I use, the accounting, proposal writing and tracking features are wonderful. The best part is the customer service. They are right there to help when you have an issue or just need to fix a small problem. They are knowlegable, pleasant and willing to help in a timely fashion!

Since we've started using Arbor Gold our business has increased by 30 to 40 percent. It's a game changer. We haven't seen anything that is comparable. We were using another industry-specific software program that wasn't exactly what we needed. Once we moved to Arbor Gold the salesmen had their iPads, the crews had their iPhones, and the office had the Cloud system, one change in the system refreshed everybody's everything, and we were all kept up to date at once. Their tech support is outstanding, their customer service is excellent. I've had programmers make appointments with me very, very early in the morning because I'm on a different time than they are. They really want to improve the program and they figure out a way to make it happen.

If you're looking for a full CRM software, that's specific to the Green Industry, Arborgold is the answer. There are several software providers out there, that perhaps know how to write software, but none of them actually know anything about the Green Industry. Most of what we found was a generic "any kind of service company" software, but all service industries and their corresponding challenges...
