However, they are causing us to be non-compliant due to sending wrong equipment multiple times and we still have two trucks not working at all or not working properly. I do not like that when your system has an update, that the previous version does not work correctly. The laws did not change, so I am not sure why the system does not work.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

I would recommend this product to all in the manufacturing industry. With Verenia CPQ, if we can think it, we can do it. I have had the opportunity to program and use several configurators during my career, and this is hands down the best. The only con's were minor bug fixes, pricing adjustments but these were attended to very quickly by Verenia. The tech support was great and I was very happy with the product.

We appreciated the ability quotient has to sync with Quickbooks. Have a quote approved by a client and you can set it to automatically create an invoice or a quote within Quickbooks or Xero.

On bad days this can really raise your blood pressure. They call you back right away and they seem to care and want to take care of any issues. They are good at explaining the program or any issues that you might have. The ability to route estimations through workflows, maintain a shared cost database, and produce good looking reports from the system were all high points.
