Pros

Intuitive but very powerful but when you do need help their support team is ready and able. There are so many options it is best to just click on everything.
Overall we've loved how well it works in helping us to do our jobs better and take care of our customers.
Ease of use, excellent features, fantastic customer service, awesome price point. Almost able to be the only software needed to conduct business operations.

Pros

Very easy to invite new users and members of the team to this conferencing software, no installation fuzz. Good quality of video and audio.
I was initially attracted by screen sharing and the ability to record meetings, which I need for my Quality Management System.
I find it easy to use, reliable and my clients like it too so it provides my business what I need.

Cons

Also difficult to work out how to update out job card for other 3rd party contacts. Converting an email to a job seems to have changed for the worse and is much more difficult now.
Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.
We refuse to outfit everyone with iPhones at an average cost of $700+ per new phone when we can get similar phone and app functions for a fraction of the cost ($100).

Cons

Just as if you were there. I have seen other programs with a delay, however this seems to be more of a delay than the others with the same features.
You cannot share screen and camera at the same time, so the experience of the broadcast is dead.
Sign up landing page could be more convenient and more descriptive. No other cons I have come across.
