Pros

It is not a difficult system to setup and ease of use enables clients to pick up the system quickly. We love that integrates with XERO and ServiceM8 staff are supportive and always willing to help.
I like its simplicity and its ability to integrate with other important software like accounting and email marketing etc.
Ease of use, excellent features, fantastic customer service, awesome price point. Almost able to be the only software needed to conduct business operations.

Pros

The features like attendance and tracking options are super convenient. The inbuilt messaging module was very great.
Smooth and the functions are very good to use.easy to contact to the client and close if process is also good.
It's graphical user interface, it's amazing, coming to functionality its great field management, can done many things in single click.

Cons

Also difficult to work out how to update out job card for other 3rd party contacts. Converting an email to a job seems to have changed for the worse and is much more difficult now.
Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.
We refuse to outfit everyone with iPhones at an average cost of $700+ per new phone when we can get similar phone and app functions for a fraction of the cost ($100).

Cons

App launch time is large if they can reduce this time than I have no further complaint and if possible user should be able to customize the user interface.
Some time Status will not be updated immediately due to poor Network & can not be Updated when user goes offline.
Some times data get lost due to network problem.
