Pros

It is not a difficult system to setup and ease of use enables clients to pick up the system quickly. We love that integrates with XERO and ServiceM8 staff are supportive and always willing to help.
I like its simplicity and its ability to integrate with other important software like accounting and email marketing etc.
Ve recommended to 2 other businesses just this week. My favourite aspects are that it's visually appealing, easy to use, reliable & customer support is extremely prompt.

Pros

Their team is responsive and great to work with. M loving working with Fieldwork.
I love that this software is like using Google Maps and that everything is easily updated and changeable.
Fieldwork is easy to use and the reporting is fantastic.

Cons

Also difficult to work out how to update out job card for other 3rd party contacts. Converting an email to a job seems to have changed for the worse and is much more difficult now.
Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.
We refuse to outfit everyone with iPhones at an average cost of $700+ per new phone when we can get similar phone and app functions for a fraction of the cost ($100).

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I had an urgency once (operator error) not the software but they were closed I could not get a hold of (IT) that day.
