Pros

Intuitive but very powerful but when you do need help their support team is ready and able. There are so many options it is best to just click on everything.
Overall we've loved how well it works in helping us to do our jobs better and take care of our customers.
Ease of use, excellent features, fantastic customer service, awesome price point. Almost able to be the only software needed to conduct business operations.

Pros

It's super cool interacting with my colleagues (creates a fun environment) and report individually to my leader the issues and urgent matters to solve.
You can also keep track of everyones past responses too which is nice. You can comment and give kudos which is great at encouraging people and giving feedback or having discussions.
Humbledot is a great and fun way to share information with your teammates. Other than just letting everyone know what are your priorities for the week, it promotes engagement at a personal level.

Cons

Also difficult to work out how to update out job card for other 3rd party contacts. Converting an email to a job seems to have changed for the worse and is much more difficult now.
Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.
We refuse to outfit everyone with iPhones at an average cost of $700+ per new phone when we can get similar phone and app functions for a fraction of the cost ($100).

Cons

In that sense, a badly maintained Humble Dot is a bother for end users.
The notifications were bothersome sometimes but I think that was more due to how our administration set it up.
Maybe this is something I'm missing, but I don't always have input into what questions are being asked weekly, only my manager does.
