Pros

It is not a difficult system to setup and ease of use enables clients to pick up the system quickly. We love that integrates with XERO and ServiceM8 staff are supportive and always willing to help.
I like its simplicity and its ability to integrate with other important software like accounting and email marketing etc.
Ease of use, excellent features, fantastic customer service, awesome price point. Almost able to be the only software needed to conduct business operations.

Pros

I appreciated the support and eagerness to help implement and answer all of my questions. That in itself is a valuable asset.
I like the customization. It wasn't AS customizable as I was told it was but it was nice to be able to add in fields that are important to our specific company.
Super good price for what you get. I was really surprised that their price was the cheapest of all the software I tried previously, especially since their product was much better.

Cons

Also difficult to work out how to update out job card for other 3rd party contacts. Converting an email to a job seems to have changed for the worse and is much more difficult now.
Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.
We refuse to outfit everyone with iPhones at an average cost of $700+ per new phone when we can get similar phone and app functions for a fraction of the cost ($100).

Cons

Over the past year many changes have been made to this program that, for our business, have made the program worse. The added features which make it harder to operate also make it more sluggish.
Our small business has suffered greatly in efficiency and the capacity to make money due to this system. I would say we have lost at least 15-20% in sales in 2018 and that's being conservative.
The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.
