Pros

From their sales staff on down to tech support everyone has been impeccably perfect in the service they have provided. The way they manage our account is fantastic.
Love the integration with phone lines, great messaging board with technicians, great marketing tracking.
It is very user friendly, the staff is always very fast to respond to my chat or emails and they really do their best to thoroughly take care of all my needs or concerns.

Pros

The App is brilliant, but what makes it excellent is the Staff at PoweredNow. The customer service is first class, you really are treated as though you are there most important customer.
Powered now is very good for keeping organized especially when busy you can do from your phone... which is very good. And the staff are excellent.
I have been with Powered Know for over 3 years and have nothing but fantastic reviews. The system is very easy to use and there is always someone on hand to help out anytime of the day.

Cons

If you need to contact support, its a 30-60 minute wait. The awkward steps to do "one-off" custom priced invoices is annoying and more difficult than it should be.
It revealed so many areas where we were lacking and that is uncomfortable to find out about your business.
Is this even a question. I think our only complaint is little things that at the end of the day comes down to workflow ways and not so much on ServiceTitan.

Cons

Lack of a bank register to track all income & expenses in one place, Unable to upload pdf files to projects (been told is coming soon though).
I have been a POWEREDNOW customer for 5 years, and it has developed really well any problems I get the customer back up is 2nd to none.
We need a estimate section instead of a quote or let us choose. Some of the set up options are a pain to adjust needs simplifying we are not all computer savy.
