I have been with Service Titan since 2015 and I would not use any other software. It can be challenging to keep up with how fast technology is changing but I know that Service Titan is working hard to help me make my business more profitable and efficient everyday.
Service Titan is the gold standard for running a trades business. It makes it easy to communicate to customers, record history and get an up to the minute snapshot of how our business is running.
Service Titan struggles with responsiveness in customer service. Also, not every contractor is ready to undertake the implementation of such a robust software so it requires extra help for set up and training that Service Titan does not provide.

The arrogance that they have is appalling
I owned a service company and was very pleased using service titan. I was then bought out and I even had the other company switch to service titan.
I just started a new company and tried using service titan again. I had to call them 3 times because they wouldn't ever call me back. Finally they told me that they won't do business with me because I currently only have 1 truck on the road. They said that it's not worth their time unless I'm willing to spend at least $900 a month with them. I guess they dont care about the little guy anymore since they are a billion dollar company now. I just wanted to use them and grow my business, but like I said, they dont care unless they can get a boat ton of money from you.

Both companies I have worked for saw major improvements after switching software. Service Titan provides a level of detail that the other systems were missing.
Service Titan is excellent at keeping everything organized. I have worked for two different companies that switched to Service Titan. It vastly improved our customer service and efficiency.
The customer service over the years has not been great. I know they are working to improve it though. Also there are some great features that are hidden unless you ask your CSM to turn them on. There should be more discussions or annual reviews about features that companies could add to improve quality of life without the customer having to ask or research on their own.

We like Service Titan because of the easy navigation it has through out the system. It is a great data base to store your repeat as well as your new customers information. It has drop down boxes that are user friendly and our dispatching display is colorful and very easy to read. Customer Service is top notch and quickly responds to your needs.
I currently do not have any dislikes with Service Titan.

Overall it is too expensive for the quality of customer service.
Service Titan is good for a lot of reasons one of them being call tracking for marketing purposes, call recording for checking our own staff customer service and for recall. Service Titan syncs with outside software like gps tracking and accounting. It is a good software.
The cons with Service Titan are that they don't have a quick response time for customer service the best way is through a chat but not as efficient as they could be.

We are a plumbing company that services commercial and residential. Prior to signing a contract with Service Titan, we were given the impression that the transition to a new software would be smooth with the help of a training team and save us operation time on input. However, we were VERY misled. The training consisted of Zoom meetings and watching videos with no one showing our team how to utilize...

Overall, a great experience with Service Titan
Service Titan is so user friendly and simplistic to use, dispute all of the amazing information it provides, it is perfect for anyone no matter what their ability is with technology.
I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.

There are so many features that I love about the product, I don't even know where to begin. Everything is extremely streamlined so that you have quick easy access to your customer information and history. The dispatching screen is very easy to read and manipulate. The mobile version allows your techs to dispatch themselves, update the invoices, collect the payment, run credit cards. Has really gotten my office so organized.
The only downside to technology is the wifi service. Sometimes there is trouble syncing data and you need to wait but Service Titan has even come up with a Mobile App now so that you can work from the App even if there is no wifi service. So they found a solution for that problem very quickly.

This is hands down the best service software for any service related construction business. Super easy to use and contains all the info you need for each job.
Software is pricey but once you have it you understand why it costs what it does. This software is almost more than you need at times

Service Titan has afforded George Brazil Service amazing technical support. Their staff is always willing to help with whatever questions or problems that you encounter with the software.

We are relatively new to Service Titan, but have been please overall. Our service techs love it!
I'm a big fan of all the daily reporting that is important to our business.
The training and onboarding process is tedious. I understand it's a lot of information to cover, but it's time consuming.

Servicetitan has literally added to the problem we have.
Servicetitan has the ability to be, hands down, the best service software we have to date! You can basically run your entire service business with servicetitan and a accounting software.
Servicetitan has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced with any company. We started in November and was able to onboard in 2 week with appling constant pressure and working hard. They have a chat bubble for small challenges which they can handle timely... but BEWARE, if it is something to do with major functions you must schedule a appointment with this "success" manager we have had...

The best program out there for dispatching. It has absolutely everything one could need in order to run a service company, and they are adding more every day.
I like the way that the accounting side of this software is very intuitive and syncs perfectly with quickbooks.
Some of the customer service agents will know less about the program than you will.

Service Titan has been a great solution for our company (HVAC 30 employees 5M). Reporting, accounting, and dispatching have all been simplified because of this software. The transition was a bit difficult at first but that was over in a week. Also, ST customer service has been phenomnal. I get on live chats all the time and most issues are resolved promptly.
The integration of payments in Service Titan and how easily it communicates with accounting software (Quickbooks).
All adjusting entries for AR have to be done in Service Titan. It was a pain at first but it makes sense. You want Service Titan and accouting software to be as close to one to one as possible.

Service Titan has an innate desire to be most helpful to contractors by researching, understanding and providing critical support for contractor profitability and customer service. As a result, Service Titan is very customer-centric and quick to change and improve their product. It is not static, but constantly changing and improving.
With a constantly changing product, it requires continued support and training. Service Titan is very good at this, but it is something of which a new customer should be aware.

Quick response to our concerns and needs. The implementation team was tremendous in helping us onboard in a timely manner. Learning curve was minimal for my team to overcome. 45 days in we are really comfortable with the product and still learning the features as the product is really robust. Reporting is broad enough to accomplish our needs in tracking performance and metrics.
Software conversion of data was a bit tough to work through but the Titan team stayed the course. We spent a lot of time correcting bad conversion with the Service Titan team . My suggestion would be to start off fresh with Service Titan and do not do the conversion of 2dispathing operating systems if possible. Again, the Service Level of Titan support is second to none!

The customer support is as bad as DirectTV's and that is saying something.
That it was the leader in the field service category.
Once we got into it the lack of CRM capabilities, and ability to support a sales cycle. This is best used if you have a strictly call receive and dispatch business. If you have any sales cycle without a technician in the field this is a cumbersome product to use. Also, the marketing campaign management is very limited and does not provide a drip campaign type or multiple channel marketing capabilities.

Overall, Service Titan has improved our business functions 100% and been a vital tool in expanding our plumbing service company!
The mobile app and dispatch board are used daily at our plumbing service company, and they are very intuitive to understand. We love the modern look of Service Titan and the ability to present options to the customer on-site. We have been able to integrate payment processing, financing options, our price book, and QuickBooks Online. Before we used this product, all of these features were separate and hard to keep track of - Service Titan makes it easy!
The on-boarding process is long and tedious, but I do understand they set it up that way to ensure companies have the most success with the product when they go live with it. I would improve the integration with QuickBooks Online to be more seamless with connecting the payments to the invoices and all accounts payable documents.

Overall we are so glad we found Service Titan two years ago. It has improved so much of our business and we can't believe we ever worked without it. The pace of innovation at ST is quick which makes us excited for even more improved features.
The modern design, full features, mobile app, and great customer service.
Reporting can be questionable and not adaptable to our business sometimes which means we end up tracking some things outside of Service Titan. Tutorials and training could be easier to access and use.
Congratulations on your success! We're delighted we've been able to play a role in this. We're proud of ServiceTitan, but never satisfied. We'll never stop innovating and improving, and it's shops like yours that make all of the hard work worthwhile.

I never used the product due to pricing and setup issues.
We never made it past the setup phase with Service Titan. There are many people happy with the functionality of the product. My concern is more to do with pricing and customer service.
I signed up with Service Titan mainly because of a need to streamline our equipment proposal process. We needed something that would allow us to do our proposals in real time and spread the workflow across our small team.
