Pros

From their sales staff on down to tech support everyone has been impeccably perfect in the service they have provided. The way they manage our account is fantastic.
Love the integration with phone lines, great messaging board with technicians, great marketing tracking.
It is very user friendly, the staff is always very fast to respond to my chat or emails and they really do their best to thoroughly take care of all my needs or concerns.

Pros

Solving is pretty quick and the results look quite good. I will be using the software only occasionally because of the nature of my work.
I like that you are continually improving and upgrading the software and developing new features all the time.
Great - reponsive service and inherent willingess to improve platform and modules based on customer feedback.

Cons

If you need to contact support, its a 30-60 minute wait. The awkward steps to do "one-off" custom priced invoices is annoying and more difficult than it should be.
It revealed so many areas where we were lacking and that is uncomfortable to find out about your business.
Is this even a question. I think our only complaint is little things that at the end of the day comes down to workflow ways and not so much on ServiceTitan.

Cons

I accidentally purchased the most expensive plan (my mistake, I’m pretty sure) so I emailed in a panic, and they responded within a few hours.
Analysis output typically takes a lot of pages and I hate having too many with info most will never use.
It works wonders for civil and structural engineers who need someway to cross check their answers after finishing problems.
