Pros

Customer service is located here in the US, so I actually get someone that I can understand. They are super friendly and very helpful.
They integrate with key software companies to expand their functionality (like Intacct and Quickbooks) and they have a great API and integration with Zapier.
There are updates on a regular basis and customer support has been great. The Quickbooks integration is nice as well.

Pros

You have to be ready to to change some of your processes for better. ANT my ERP have a great team to support you, ready to walk the extra mile to help you out.
Definitely recommend the same, and its very easy and got a lot of features that other ERP systems do not have. Simple, clean, and easy to monitor.
Then there is auto generated billing to all of our clients which helps the team to do the work more effectively in lesser time.

Cons

Although a majority of your customer probably doesn't have issues with this, it has caused missed jobs and lost revenue for our location.
I use servicetrade to do all of our fire protection deficiency quotes. As a sales rep it's a numbers game.
Sometimes the system has some lag time and trouble uploading some of the paperwork.

Cons

Certain things which are necessary such as Sr no can be annoying because not all products have them. Delivery process is little complicated.
Make no mistake, deploy a new ERP in your company it's a big move. At first, it takes some extra time to get used to it.
Invoicing is also sometimes difficult. Still not out on IOS as an app.
