The upload of PDFs is slow

It's efficiency

Pros
The maps and the location services are handy. I also like the deficiencies areas, but working for different divisions requires adjusting to different styles by each manager. Some want each difficieny listed individually, which is time consuming, while others like all lumped under one visit which is easier.

Cons
The pdf loading is slow and I need to wait and make sure it loads. If signal strength is 2 bars or under the upload will fail. Also one photo at a time can be loaded. Also in defiencies

So far everything has been good on the office side as far as the tech side with the app that works pretty fast as long as I have wifi on cellular service and we do have serveral places we don't makes it hard to get paperwork signed over all it's pretty good only had it in use about 3 weeks now

The main problem I have with the software is that you have to wait for refreshes. This take valuable time during The day. Also to create a customer make a schedule and then a job I feel takes way to much time and clicks.

So far as I use this program it has been ok. I am figuring things out as I go. Would really help if it would delete things automatically on jobs that have been fixed. But all in all is a fairly easy program to use.

I didn't like this software as much as its competitors. As a matter of fact, we switched to Service Fusion.

Pros
Does have a mobile app

Cons
Setup is not intuitive, didn't like the user interface, didn't like the hierarchy for creating service addresses.

It's unfortunate that ServiceTrade was not a good fit for your company. Not all service organizations have the same business requirements and we understand that ServiceTrade cannot be everything to everyone. As I recall, Tridim had different requirements than our core customer base of commercial service contractors.
