We've had Deposco since July 2019, and it has really been transformational for us. In fact, because of Deposco and the exceptional team we've built, we achieved 99.7% inventory accuracy and 99.5% on time delivery YTD. Deposco feels modern and is easy to use which is important to keep the staff on process. Uptime is nearly 100%, and it's refreshing to see a software that just plain works these days. Lastly, their implementation and customer service teams are phenomenal. Overall, we really like Deposco and are happy we chose them from all of the other options in the market.
Deposco is easy to use, reliable, and provides exceptional customer service.
The app doesn't auto-update on our Zebra MC3300's. This is a challenge with the Android version on these devices and is no fault of Deposco's, but it is somewhat inconvenient none-the-less.

Our operational performance since implementing Deposco has improved drastically. GUNNER is experiencing rapid growth, and it would be impossible to maintain this growth had we not made the decision to upgrade our systems to Deposco. This system has scaled flawlessly with our rapid growth, and we're confident Deposco will be the last WMS system we will ever need. We're fulling orders within 24-48 hours consistently and have more inventory controls in place than ever before. We're very happy with our relationship with Deposco. I would encourage any e-commerce company struggling to automate their fulfillment processes and improve inventory visibility to reach out to Deposco and see what they can do for your organization.
Warehouse Management Systems have a lot of similarities in terms of features and function. What truly sets Deposco apart is their customer experience teams, development teams, and their desire to genuinely solve operational roadblocks. One other thing I liked most about this software is the ability to work with their development team to create a semi-custom solution that exceeds expectations in terms of fulfillment automation and inventory control.
This is a tough section to complete and here is why: Deposco really listens to their clients and receives feedback and critiques openly. Any issue we ran into—whether during the integration/roll-out, to a feature not functioning as expected, to automation issues—Deposco listened and worked diligently to address our concerns and resolve issues. I will say this: There is no issue that we've raised that was not address and resolved to our satisfaction by Deposco. I'm sure this software isn't going to perfect for everyone, but it has been a pleasure working with an organization who is passionate about their work and is equally inspired to help businesses solve operational challenges.

Configuration and implementation of this product was fairly straight forward. Overall, the process to implement was quick. We've been able to build a good working relationship with the team at Deposco and they are always willing to help make improvements.
There seem to be a lot of limitations with this software and a lot of development that hasn't been done already. Specifically system integration (with NetSuite ERP), order waving logic, and pieces of inventory management.

It have been a fantastic experience.
When selecting our WMS, we came across Bright Suite - Deposco WMS. When reviewing the functions and features they had all that the Larger Companies have to offer and for much less. The Sales Cycles was easy, implementation was a breeze and support has been great! We are happy with our choice.
Like all software projects of this size it took time to install.

We are very pleased with our experience. We have been very happy with our support as well.
We like that it is flexible and that we have a decent amount of access to data ourselves. We can write our own views and control data somewhat with our own apis.
We don't have full access to update or delete data. We can't write our own reports or data feeds.

We have a seamless integration between our ecommerce platform Shopify and the marketplaces we sell in, Amazon, Walmart, Jet, ebay, and wayfair. Deposco has also enabled us to become Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime which has doubled our Amazon Sales! WMS functionality has reduced the number of FTE needed for the same and increased sales volume. Dashboards and analytics are very helpful for measuring success and forecasting.

The most useful feature of this product is not just one but the collection of capabilities it has to have an all-in-one for our order fulfilling needs.
Luckily, this software does not come with many cons. I will mention that if it could be one area of improvement, it would be the aesthetics of the layout.

I like the ease of use when it comes to the reporting center. I can access critical information to determine Key Performance Indicators.
Backend experience can be more difficult sometimes, but customer support is great at helping with those issues.

We raised our picking/packing KPI by quite a lot when we moved over to Deposco. Very intuitive interface, easy to onboard new staff during peaks.
Labor management reports. There could be much more improvement on that front. The data is there, but it's hard to create relevant dashboards for very specifics metrics by ourselves. But we can always reach out to Deposco's team and they respond pretty quickly to our requests.
