Excellent
I loved how easy it is to use compared to products like Docusign. I also prefer the signature feature to that of Adobe Acrobat.
I really didn't have any cons other than I was able to find a product that incorporated the signature feature with other features that I needed being in the real estate field. I have decided that I will continue with SignNow just because of how easy it is to use.

we finally got our in house legal team to allow us to use SignNow as an official form of signature instead of printing out paper, signing, and rescanning due to the legal protections it provided. highly recommend for anyone person or business that needs to sign papers and is currently printing and signing them now.
I loved that i didn't have to print out and sign legal documents, contracts, and invoices. additionally, the signing feature in adobe acrobat isn't as intuitive as SignNow.
my signature came out really messy when using the feature to sign with my phone screen. it would have been helpful to sign on paper, take a picture, and use that instead

The ability to create templates for frequently used documents is a time saver. You are also able to create a link to send for signing vs an email. Nice via text.
No real cons; better alternative to Adobe Sign, which I was using. Huge price savings!

Simple to upload documents, best pricing for this type of software. Docusign and Adobe Signature offer better features but are ridiculously priced.
Once someone you want signs the document, SignNow makes them signup as a user. For first time signers it can be confusing as to how to sign the document.

It's a decent solution for signing your documents, but I'd recommend Adobe Sign instead as it's more popular and you can scan your signature with your smartfon camera.
I was able to sign some contracts remotely without need of printing them, signing and then scanning again.
Signing a document with your finger on the phone seems to be pretty dodgy. It looks terrible and I don't know what it proves...

We looked at several products before choosing SignNow and did so mostly based on price. They had the features we were looking for and were much cheaper than DocuSign, Adobe, and other e-signature applications we looked at. The workflow/routing functionality is really beneficial, especially if you don't have another solution at your organization that can manage workflows. We were trying to find a solution to handle electronic signatures, but really found the platform most beneficial for workflow management.
The biggest cause for concern though is the reliability and support of the product. The authentication portal is unavailable several times a week and this has been going on for weeks. When this happens, existing forms can still be filled out, but no new forms can be created or modified and form owners can not check on the status of forms. SignNow has phone and email support, but I've called the support line several times and am always instructed to leave a message and it is never returned. Also, emailing their support typically does not yield a response. I've emailed in about 20 times over the past year for different things and have received a response for five of them.
