Simply Confirm is a cloud-based communications and collaboration software that enables enhanced collaboration among team and employees. It provides diverse functionalities such as task management, chat, applicant tracking and employee engagement within a single software.

Simply Confirm’s task manager feature enables managers to monitor and delegate tasks to team members. Users can create a list of tasks based on their priority. Simply Confirm enables employees to communicate internally and externally in a private or a group chat by utilizing the chat feature. In addition, it creates backup for all conversations that can be retrieved for compliance and audits.

Simply Confirm employee engagement enables organizations to quantify performance and productivity of employees and create an engagement score. In addition, it creates engagement charts to provide visualization of employees’ and team performance. The software enables users to share, access, store and retrieve documents for enhanced collaboration on a cloud based document storage platform.

For anyone looking for an easy-to-use method for managing day-to-day business tasks, this software is absolutely worth trying. There is little confusion when using this software, thanks to it's intuitive and easy-to-follow design. Even those with limited computer skills will be able to use Simply Confirm without difficulty. The simple task assignment process, and incredible tracking features, makes long-distance management less daunting. Compared to other "big-name" office management software that is often overflowing with useless and confusing "special features", Simply Confirm is by far the most user-friendly. I certainly recommend giving Simply Confirm a try... any business owner or manager will see how useful this program is after the first use.

This software is excellent. As a person who does not use computers extensively, I am always hesitant to try new software, as it can often be overwhelming and difficult to understand. Simply Confirm, however, is exactly the kind of program that users like myself need: easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to master. The program is a great way for me to communicate tasks to my staff, and keep track of their progress. I highly recommend the software - it's wonderful!

Straight-forward and easy to use, SimplyConfirm has a great suite of tools to organize tasks, planning, progress and documents. Since it has such a great monthly price and doesn't require any extra expensive "office" software to use it, it's particularly appealing for large teams! -- everyone will be able to access and use it easily. Highly recommended.
