Ease of use and the quick customer service response. I am truly grateful to Simplybook for existing cause they have helped me manage my business and my time efficiently. Overall great product for appt booking!
Ability to generate a booking link is what we originally got on board for, and of course the free trial!
The way it links with my google calendar, did not always show my client/prospect info for ease of use

I like the versatility and so many applications included with this appointment app. I feel their pricing is very reasonable. This scheduling app is so easy to integrate into your proprietary websites you will not need developers to add this app to your websites. My favorite part is this scheduling apps versatility you can choose and pick a myriad of options that work the best for your business needs. Awesome Customer Service top notch.
My dislikes with this scheduling app are few and far between I guess my only complaint is the modules pricing for choosing different components that will best fit my business can get pretty pricey.

I searched and tried many online booking products, this one came out on top for value, ease of use and a variety of features to integrate easily
That there are varying levels that work with my company as it grows. the number of add-on features and the fact that I can choose what I need and leave the rest behind, and also that they thought of everything! Sometimes I think there's something I can't do and I just haven't found it yet. They're customer service is amazing. The online chat was answered immediately and accurately; I've had neither of those experiences before with live chat.
The mobile experience. I always just go to my browser and use the full site on my phone. Can't seem to get it to sync right with my google calendar, that's probably just me though.

Terrible I could not manage deploying the product. It was really difficult to learn to use, despite the many great features it has.
Great features, great ability to do a lot
IMPOSSIBLE to learn to use their App despite my being tech savvy, months of trying resulted in my paying but not actually managing to deploy the product to my customers. It was BEYOND not user friendly!

overall it's a great product used alone
I like that you can just email a link with your schedule for the client to choose a time. very convenient.
It didn't sync with my google calendar so my clients would forget about the meetings. didn't work well for synching for me.

Easy to use. Easy for my customers to use as well. It has great features that really streamline the booking process.
I don't like that I have to renew my free subscription every month. I wish my selection would just remain until I decide to change it!

In the beginning we had the renewal automatic for our free users but we continuously got complaints from users who had actually quit using the booking system and continued to receive bookings from their clients without them knowing about it as they did not use the system anymore. They insisted that we would cancel their system if they had stopped using it, so therefore we now ask our free users to renew the system monthly. This is not a problem for paying users as they can pay recurringly and hence the renewal becomes automatic. Kind regards The SimplyBook.me team

MUCH easier to get things scheduled with clients
The instant integration with Google Calendar, and the flexibility. It was easy to set up and effortless to maintain.
Somehow, some people get confused by the UX and try to adjust for my time zone unnecessarily. My only feature request: The ability to add a list of available appointment times directly into a Gmail email, so people could schedule from within my email.

!I searched for the right book system for a long time and finally found Simplybook. The only system that can display my 10 gift cards. The price is absolutely fair, I am so happy to found this system. Super professional, fast and direct support!
The software has all the functions i need.
I have to work my way up a bit technically.

The ease of use for customers; the limited number of customisation possibilities helps go to the point when describing the company; both user and admin interface terms can be customised in one's language
customer data not stored in my country... (in the near future, this will become illegal); a better integration with CalDav would be appreciated (automatic push to my calendar using CalDav)

Easily booking clients
I like the fact that I have been able to source a product that does exactly what I need it to do and then implement it all myself without needing tech advice. My clients also seem to love the ease of it all!
I'd like to be able to customise it a bit more but that's it really, perhaps using my colour scheme through being able to choose the colour through my colour code.

There is a learning curve, but they have good documentation and very responsive customer service
SimplyBook.me has deep features so that I can customize it to exactly what I want
I want my clients to be able to see my availability / calendar as a default and to have to book all the sessions in a package at the time of purchase.

Is a waste of time, so complicated to set up and use... and when i finally need it, the link was broken forever
the support is terrible, they block my user for ever so now they suggest to create a new account with a different name and I want to use my company name.. terrible

I've used the free feature for a year now. I have a small consulting business and it works perfectly for my client load. I only have to "renew" every month, free of charge. I highly recommend Simplybook.me to any startup.
Because I use the free version, I can't book from my mobile device. The upgrade is affordable so once my business is ready for the next level I will get this feature.

My clients say it's easy to use. It syncs with my Google Calendar. It can be embedded on my website.
When I choose to have the time in my client's time zone, the time goes crazy and it causes problems with bookings. Doesn't allow you to have prices in different currencies or accepts Visa for payments.

You could contact our live help to check this out with you. As for prices, you can select any currency in the world, but your clients can not select between currencies. Which cards can be accepted depends on which credit card processor you choose, but in our system, you have the choice to select between tens of provider who accept Visa credit cards, just contact our Live Chat and they will help you through it. I am using SimplyBook.me to run and manage my new hire company. It has taken the time out of managing a calendar, and has allows my customers to book online, instantly.

I found it fairly easy to learn from scratch myself. As my business has grown I have been able to change my booking site to suit my needs. Simplybookit is totally editable to my needs .
There is sadly no `offline website editor ability - any changes you make go online straight away and you can't test them. Meaning i can't sample the full `user experience in an offline version of my site.

Great, I am still learning but really like it.
- Fast response from live help support, really useful tips and answered all my questions - Easy to clone products and services to make adding lots of them a lot quicker
- Sometime its hard to get my pictures to look right on the screen.

I find this site very useful but I'm sure I could be using it more effectively if I were better at using it.
I like that my students can book sessions at any time without having to contact me directly. They can also pay through the site if they wish to which saves me invoicing them. It is clear and easy to view my timetables available slots
Sometimes my customer reviews disappear from the site which is annoying. My client have contacted me at time to say they were not able to book as the site was not allowing it for some reason.
