Pros

The price is absolutely fair, I am so happy to found this system. Super professional, fast and direct support.
Love the ease for our clients to book and it has a built in website. It integrates with square and very affordable.
I love how user friendly this software is. I found the video tutorials very helpful and the customer service was prompt and friendly.

Pros

I really had an awesome experience using this amazing software. When i started using it, my office communication and timeliness has greatly improved with time and it has been awesome.
The tech support is outstanding. I can call them and they are always helpful and very patient with a physician who may not totally understand every nuance of the program.
I loved how the application was super easy to use. The navigation part of the application, made my daily workflow easier.

Cons

Sometimes my customer reviews disappear from the site which is annoying. My client have contacted me at time to say they were not able to book as the site was not allowing it for some reason.
It's VERY annoying that we have to renew the free version manually on a monthly basis. This was forgotten the first couple of months, which caused issues with the widget on the website.
I found I was unable to resent a confirmation email to a client, may be me, but I could not find a way through their booking to resend so had to PDF print their ticket and send via normal email.

Cons

All upgrades, additions, or troubleshooting falls back on the customer, because they assume all customers employ a full-time IT staff, and they blame any failures or problems on the customer.
Then they charged my bank account for it. When I emailed to inquire why they charged me they said they were not going to let me out of my contract early.
The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.

Simplified calendar and reminder system for my office and clients

Pros

Simplicity of use and now long learning curve. Was using personally within 72 hours and integrated into the rest my business after first week.

Cons

Not excited about the pricing model, the number of custom features and choosing them or paying more seems a little annoying.

Booking Member Rooms for Clients

SimplyBook.me allows us to prepare for our client meetings. We are now able to prepare paperwork the day before our meetings which will also reduce the amount of time it will take to help each customer.

Pros

The product was very easy to use and set up. We have only been using it for a couple of weeks. So far it has provided us with all the features we needed and seems to be very reliable. This will reduce the number of calls to the office and provide our members with the ability to schedule an appointment from anywhere in the world.

Cons

It did not integrate well with our older version of Outlook. I am hoping to have better success once we move to Office 365.

My experience with this software has been excellent. It takes the place of having a receptionist in the office. I highly recommend it.

Pros

It takes the place of an expensive receptionist/assistant. Clients can go online book appointments themselves! I just input my schedule and the choose the time and fill out the intake form. It also sends them reminders of their upcoming appointments and links to my calendar. Additionally, I was able to create my own intake form to capture the information I need when the appointment is made.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve with the software, but once I figured everything out, it has been a cinch to use. I could not run my business efficiently without it.

Clients can book appointments 24/7 instead of normal 9-5 office hours, which has been a massive help as a lot of our clientele are in placements 9-5

Pros

Cheaper than the rest, relatively simple to set up, even for a technophobe like myself. Anything I struggled with was sorted quickly with online support

Cons

some issues exporting widget to our own website but we got around that in the end with the help of our internal support.

Pour moi, vraiment le meilleur, après en avoir utilisé plusieurs. Possibilité de ne prendre que les sms, et ça c'est ce qui a fait la différence

La possibilité d'être autonome sur la mise en place, et surtout, le cout

Cons

Il me manque vraiment la possibilité de de créer moi même en back office un rdv à n'importe quelle heure ou quelle jour, or programmation spécifique pour les clients. + plus de personnalisation sur l'interface (bloc avec message personnalisé par exemple)

Grateful to have found SimplyBook! This software has solved a number of problems for our team and streamlined our processes. We initially became a subscriber to use the tools for scheduling office hours. Now we utilize SimplyBook for all of our events and registration.

Pros

The diverse feature set. As our needs evolve, SimplyBook consistently delivers with a feature solution. They have thought through everything and provide short tutorials to implement every feature. The system is user friendly. In the event you need additional help, customer support is responsive and helpful.

Cons

I had some challenges selecting the best calendar layout to meet our needs. There are so many options with each option having unique quirks. It takes a bit of time to find the perfect fit for your needs.

Simply Book meets alot of our needs

We have used simply book to schedule appointments which saves us loads of time in the office. We really like the printout of our daily appointments and the ability to set up the columns/info that we want. Payment is completely smooth. Many of our customers have problems using the software to sign up.

Pros

Setting up the software was relatively easy and day to day use on our end is good.

Cons

Our customers have issues when signing up, which they wind up calling us to resolve.There are problems signing up for consecutive appointments and to reschedule an appointment they have to call us to do it on our end. The set up is kind of goofy where you have to get all 3 schedules lined up. Perhaps that could be on one page. The calendar is greyed out and our customers sometimes get the dates wrong. A more visable calender would help.

We were able to offer online schedule for the first time and grow the practice

Pros

Its free standard version is so packed with features that I have found it sufficient for my office operation. Particularly useful are intake forms and scheduling button. Ability to set different schedules by service was extremely helpful This solution offers such easy booking interface that it became widely adopted by the patients in a very short time

Cons

Some features require quite a bit of sophistication to set up (CSS rules - not standard). Integration with Google my business would be nice

Overall, I do not have to call for my appointments anymore. I can book them on the app with ease.

Pros

I have only used this software as a salon customer and for my doctors office. My hair stylist uses the app for appointments. I can check out services and book appointments. It is also easy to cancel if needed. I also get reminders of my appointments because I can be very forgetful. I have peace of mind and I know my stylist is happy I am not always calling her for her availability.

Cons

I have not found any drawbacks as a customer to someone who uses the software. I do recommend it look more appealing on the eye.

A more personalized and advance appointment tracker

Pros

SimplyBook.me can be used as a personal or a team tracker. It provides a more wide feature and caters to more specific needs for scheduling. Unlike other appointment tracker, SimplyBook.me can track personal appointments such as salon appointment, exercise routines or doctor check up schedules. It caters to a more vast audience. I have been using this software for the office team and for myself. Since it is highly customizable, appointments can be specific. Bookings are also possible with this software which is an advantage.

Cons

There are multiple times where booking is difficult as time coincides with other bookings which was not tracked by the software. Also, as I enter more schedules and appointments for tracking, the slower it became. I hope these disadvantages can be looked upon for the next updates. Overall, the software is great and highly recommended.

Great for Small Businesses who are growing

With simplybook.me I can move appointments around easily and not have a paper schedule that looks a mess. I can easily see if I've reached my maximum clients for that day with one quick glace, so I don't over book myself. And I color code my clients if they showed up or not and I can just look for "no show" or "late cancel" or "inclement weather" patterns.

Pros

I found it super easy to learn how to use. I love the e-mail reminders. That was one of my main draws to it. Not only does it e-mail my clients, but it e-mails me too so I can remember to leave the house on time. Because of the emails as well, my "No Shows", or "late cancels" have reduced. There is a less chance of "oops I forgot!". I also like that I can access my clients info in case of a snow storm and I need to call to check in on them or tell them I can't get into the office.

Cons

There isn't a lot I don't like about the program. If I accidentally hit the "back" button, it'll take me out of the program, but that's user error really.
