I wanted a new booking system that was slick, attractive, highly customisable and user friendly for my clients, and SimplyBook fit the bill perfectly.
Pros
The ability for the student to see the times / get notifications of bookings in their own time zone. 2.
Cons
That it is not possible to see your booking page in more than one language unless you pay a third party company a monthly fee.

I can also keep track of how busy I am and if classes are getting quieter.
Pros
It's great to be able to see all the reports and to be able to check client reports as well.
Cons
The feature I like least is the classes option as you can't link classes to a provider so I had to use services instead.

Regarding the website on mobile devices, then it´s probably better for you to look at the reports and see there who has booked the class for that specific day. It is always hard to show a lot of information in the calendar view so I am sure the Reports would be better for you.

There are only one level booking, what I mean customer with phyisician but there are other resources associated with that such as Driver, Vehicle and equipment. in order to do home visit to our customers.

The nail in the coffin for us it the lack of HIPAA compliance for the API.
Pros
The API seems to be quite robust as well handling many of the core scheduling features in it.
Cons
However, turning on the HIPAA compliant features shuts down access to their API, which is the only thing we are using them for.

Easy setup with a lot of features and a working payment integration from scratch Good support (chat) and a free month to test all the features which was very helpful very fair pricing models really good translation into german (both customer and administration sites)
Cons
The data sent to Google Analytics for tracking the page didn't fit with the visits recorded on the site itself, so I don't really unterstand the way the customers are tracked (or not) Integration with Stripe unfortunately offers only CC payment in the basis form (needs API otherwise) - was hoping to get some more commen payment methods for Germany.

Pros
Customer support, They are really fast and they have always a solution. On the other hand, it´s pretty friendly use.
Cons
I have the feeling that I have to pay for everything, like only for a calendar option (I paid for classes custom features but in fact looks the same that a service). There is not a Weekly timeline with all the services/classes.

We are using it to deliver a robust, GDPR-compliant booking service for students with comprehensive notification tools so that tutors and students are kept in the loop and can manage their own bookings rather than having to rely on administrators or email!
Pros
This is a very comprehensive booking management service.
Cons
The initial set-up can be a little overwhelming and some features are not apparent but there are comprehensive help sources. It might be helpful to have some more graduated price points above the free version since the free version is lacking some fundamental features but the cost levels higher up are reasonable.

SimplyBook.me was the most complete site of booking among the others and has all the features that I need to help me with the management of my company.
Pros
The most relevante features that made me choose this company was the possibility of online payment, division of types of services in categories, complete description of a service, really cool interface of the booking page on your site and a fair price for subscription.
Cons
What i didn't like is that there's no integration with Brazilians companies of online payment, only PayPal, and there are to few features in the lower plans.

To address your comments, if you use Chrome or Firefox on your android device you should not have any problems logging into your system. Please contact our Live Chat support if you experience such problems.
As for the facebook login, I have asked our tester to look into that, it should not need double login process, so if there is a problem there it will be fixed.
With regards to the app then we have been updating a lot of features recently and it often takes a bit longer to update the apps. We actually recommend all clients to book directly through the web page as it is fully mobile responsive so in fact there is no need for the client booking app.

Overall, Simplybookit has helped us streamline our appointment booking and monitoring systems.
Pros
The ability to download our daily appointments as a CSV file is really useful - generally speaking, the amount of data we're able to extract from it for our monitoring is fantastic.
Cons
Some of the info (for example the service description) isn't viewable on mobile devices which is a shame.

Sorry, I had to rate Customer Support and Features&Functionality with 4 stars - I never really needed them, so I have no idea how good they are. But the fact that a system works fine without the need to contact Customer Support is really a good thing :)

I have 2 nurses and some temporary stuff from time to time - the instruction how to use SimplyBook has never taken more than 5 minutes.
