Pros

The software has been great and had performed as described. The integration team has been awesome as well.
The workflow in simPRO is quite comprehensive and yet logical. We love the ability to turn a lead into a quote... then track it into a job, and to an invoice and payment.
It is user friendly from both the administration and technician standpoint. My technicians are actually excited about using simPRO because it is straightforward and efficient.

Pros

It was indeed good service for automating the repetitive task. As an end user, it was ease to use and also very user friendly.
Special thanks for not bombarding me with marketing emails every 5 minutes. We are a small startup, so the free plan was perfect for me.
What I liked most was how easy it was to set up the workflow that our team agreed upon before the the platform was available.

Cons

Nothing we were sold or told would work ended up working. This has been an extremely disappointing, costly and frustrating experience with SimPro.
Everything works 60% of what you need, Eforms is constantly broken, Simpro connect crashes and looses jobs.
Sometimes can be a little sluggish. We have been kicked offline a couple of times.

Cons

I found it a bit confusing at first. I had been searching for a Nintex replacement for SharePoint when I stumbled on Pneumatic through a web search.
May be color themes are strange for beginners, but it’s just one cons I can find.
