Pros

Easy to install, very user friendly and certainly good value for money. Only tip for improvement is the quality of the printed label is not as good as we would have liked.
Easy to use and set up, great customisation, support teams are helpful and you can tell it is important to them that you get the best experience out of the Sine system.
We hope that it will help solve the issue of people moving between facilities sooner than they should. We have only started with 2 facilities but hope to roll it out to over 20.

Pros

What I like most is the advanced visitor management this software offers. It's the most advanced in my opinion.
Easy to use, responsive and filled with great features.
Making necessary adjustments is made easy by their great tech support.

Cons

The cellular based printer setup was bad bad bad, and I have nothing else to add however will keep tying to fill up the minimum character requirements.
Emergency evacuation – this is quite ambiguous. If we have access to WiFi & power we can print out active passes however this may not always be possible in an emergency.
Although not an issue with the software as such, we experienced a network loss at the same time as signing in a visitor, so couldn't complete the sign-in.

Cons

Alice has very neatly replaced the live receptionist we lost in the 2008 crash.
We switched the main unit to a Dell micro PC so in the event of a hardware failure, replacement should be easy.
Manual updates and no wireless option at the time.
