Great tool to track visitors coming in and out of the office

Easy tracking of activity in office.

Pros

Most importantly all changes made are in real time, there is not waiting for an update.

Cons

Editing responses, I would like to be able to edit a response once it has been entered. Sometimes guests click on the incorrect answer and we need to make a change. Deleting a guest if they choose not to go through with the appointment or to start all over.

Great system, easy to use and manage

Easy management of visitors to our site.

Pros

Like the dashboard how simple it is for users to use, has heaps of extra features, mobile app checkins.

Cons

no mobile admin interface, in an emergency we need to have a big bulky device or laptop to login to the dashboard to identify contractors on site.

Replaced antiquated paper sign in/out process, contractor management and monitoring.

Pros

Ease of use, different sign in options, contractor acceptance and take-up, support, quality of hardware.

Cons

Nothing really, but if you could integrate the other contractor management functions into the software, site induction, etc into the software it will tick all the boxes.

Ease of use, interface is clear, logical and easy to follow - both the Web interface and Mobile versions.

Cons

Not really a con but the Geofencing (when visitors can see the site on their mobile phone) seems a little erratic.

satisfied our ISO 9001 requirement for informing our visitors of our environmental and quality policies; allows us to capture their agreement to follow our policy as well as providing us a record of our visitors over time. the bonus is that we have an email sent to the person that is expecting the visitor and this makes the process go from good to great

Also the visitors find it very easy to use, and we are able to track and record our visitors to satisfy our ISO9001 requirements

Cons

I have not had the ability to understand how the reporting works for reviewing historical data, so I do not know how I will like it.

Visibility of site activity by corporate compliance staff data trail of visitors for ammonia safety and FDA intentional adulteration rule compliance.

Cons

connectivity issues with printer occured during set up. Not sure 100% if due to our infrastructure and network or due to hardware purchased.

Plenty of customization options to fit different styles, but with the interface, makes reviewing these option choices easy.

With these additions, the system would be exactly what is needed in our industry and would be a great tool that you could sell to all other companies in our field. We all have minimum government requirements for security, and with these enhancements, your system would meet them all, and be easy enough to use that it would be able to be marketed to our sector.

Looks professional Report can be run on who is signed in Global access to the dashboard

Cons

Takes too long to sign in and out No one ever remembers to sign out

this system is very user friendly and the ability to see what time a contractor arrives and departs from site and track their hours worked vs hours charged.

Cons

I haven't come across any real issues yet but perhaps a way of reducing all the notifications when arriving and leaving site.

Really easy to navigate around, very easy to setup the basic functionality out of the box

Really good visitor management system, and security as well as analytics of visitors

Pros

really like the checkout feature, which allow admins to check users out, also the app is really nice

Cons

the automation is a bit tricky, would have really like to have it AD integrated so don't have to manually upload the hosts, I know you can use curls but that's bit complicated.
