Great, no complaints at all. Cons listed are well known as being outside the scope of the existing program. I'll be looking forward to any further expansions or updates that would widen the utility of this program. Loving it!

Pros

Easy to use and set up, great customisation, support teams are helpful and you can tell it is important to them that you get the best experience out of the Sine system.

Cons

- No contractor task monitoring / reporting - When using for asset management, tenants need to voluntarily register as hosts to get notifications

Easy management of visitors to our site.

Pros

Like the dashboard how simple it is for users to use, has heaps of extra features, mobile app checkins.

Cons

no mobile admin interface, in an emergency we need to have a big bulky device or laptop to login to the dashboard to identify contractors on site.

Visitor Log for Mine Site

The visitor log with it's notification and messaging capability make this a valuable tool.

Pros

This is a great tool for recording visitor and contractors reporting to our site, we can ensure that each person is recorded and has access to the site safety training document and to the safety data sheets for chemicals.

Cons

It takes a bit longer for visitors who are technologically challenged to sign in.

Security, health and safety reporting, professional first impression to visitors.

Pros

Ease of use, interface is clear, logical and easy to follow - both the Web interface and Mobile versions.

Cons

Not really a con but the Geofencing (when visitors can see the site on their mobile phone) seems a little erratic.

Great tool to track visitors coming in and out of the office

Easy tracking of activity in office.

Pros

Most importantly all changes made are in real time, there is not waiting for an update.

Cons

Editing responses, I would like to be able to edit a response once it has been entered. Sometimes guests click on the incorrect answer and we need to make a change. Deleting a guest if they choose not to go through with the appointment or to start all over.

Visitor registration, auto-notification, badge analysis, and printing of badges is the name of the game.

Pros

I felt it was intuitive and easily customizable as well.

Cons

Also, usernames might be a better route to go down, as opposed to entering mobile numbers or email addresses for access to Sine.

Integration is good and contractor management is simple.

It was easily deployed and easily integrated.

Cons

For example we cannot make the inputting an email address compulsory when making a booking. if we could we could ensure the visitor receives a fast track code to use on arrival.

Quick sign in and check out! Easy search access for report

Cons

People can walk away when taking photo, it will capture and take a photo without human's face. Someone else could sign in on other people's behalf if they know those people's details. And it will be hard to verify people when there is no photo to check.

Its about the connection

This also provided an immediate level of insight and exception management that was missing in regards to Contractors and Work Permit requirements, which was the primary reason the system was put in.

Pros

Feedback was instant and visibility of activity made it easier to identify the exceptions and support that individual visitors or hosts required.

Cons

Learning what notifications add value and turning them on / off can take time - which is more a business process issue than the software.

Easy to set up (mostly) lots of features, instructions sometimes you have to dig for, but very good online assistance, excellent follow up.

Pros

Geofence a great feature. good reporting and analytics, greatly assists in COVID tracking requirements.

Cons

Some small issues and trial and error, particularly with auto check in and out, but pretty good on line help topics for self help. Some of the setup steps not exactly intuitive.

Useful if admins stay on top of resonses

Overall our organization was able to keep track of Covid reporting over the past year and flag potential issues.

Pros

Sine responses could be recorded quickly and accessed through a variety of interfaces (email, website).

Cons

This is more at the user level, but our admins could not keep up with the responses and eventually it made the tool useless. If you're looking for a CYA tool, then I guess it does meet those needs.
