Pros

Sirius E has been the most dependable program that we have used to this point. We think this is the best program with respect to quality and price , definitely the best bang for your buck.
The versatile searching abilities of the program are great, finding and filtering via the dashboard are extremely helpful.
Overall I am happy really satisfied with this software. It allows for great integration whit othe apps.

Pros

Cons

Dishonest and disrespectful customer service, disorganized billing and inconsistent software support.
It can take 5-10 seconds for a screen to pop up. When you have a customer on the phone asking for a price and availability, and it takes a couple minutes, that is unacceptable.
The colors for inventory availability, within a transaction, do not display properly most of the time and it is really annoying. Availability graphs are not precise enough.
