Pros
Many good additions and progress has been made over the years. I think it is a good product and with continual advancement can become a great product.
Overall, it is a good experience. By using the APIs, it is super easy to fetch any information from any project we can.
It has been of great help in streamlining the work both in the company and for the technical visiting technicians.
Cons
It is sometimes frustrating when the photos do not show up automatically and the field users (inspectors) take days to sync their devices enabling the photos to show up in the portal.
Still, there are bugs and unfortunately, there is no zoom on camera.
I use this software to document punch list items on small deliveries (any damage or incorrect order etc...).
