A great way to digitize your HSE management system and relevant documentation

Thanks for your review! Great news, we have recently made a way for you to do this. A member of our Support Team will be in contact with you soon. 

Using SiteDocs has helped us to go paperless and share completed documents as soon as they are completed, via email or messaging. No more losing paperwork or trying to decipher what employees are writing on their forms. Having documents readily available electronically means every worker has access to the app through their cell phone, tablet or computer.

SiteDocs advantages

The amount of safety forms that are being filled out daily, has increased 10 fold, as this program is available on our iPads, and the employees' cell phones. It is so accessible to everyone, that there is no excuse not to use it. Its great for me, as a Health & safety Admin to get workers and crew members to use it, as there are no complications or hurdles to operate it. 

This system makes filling out safety forms easy and accessible for the workers!

Every time we do a safety audit it is much faster.

It removed the heavy lifting (Paperwork) of a typical safety program and allowed the focus to be where it needs to be, with the people in the field on the sites, not focused on a filing system.

We are very happy with site docs. It has been a hard push to get our workers to go paperless but once they see how easy the app is to use its just about teaching them and breaking the old habits of using paper copies.
