Managing Inventory

Skubana helps sellers scale their growing eCommerce businesses, with flexible tools for handling multi-channel, multi-warehouse inventory. Sellers can sync and push their products to all marketplaces and shopping carts in real time whenever sales take place, which allows them to achieve more accurate inventory across all sales channels.

Link your connected channels to Skubana, and the platform will handle most of the heavy lifting when it comes to inventory management. You’ll be able to see your stock levels from your dashboard page, and you can optimize your store by routing orders to warehouses based on which facilities have the lowest costs and the highest efficiencies.

Automated Purchase Orders

When sellers work with multiple vendors and warehousing facilities, it’s easy for oversights to happen. Skubana ensures that oversights, like oversells, don’t happen with a prioritized purchasing process that’s based on unit price, lead-time, and defect rate. Sellers can approve multiple purchase orders with a single click, tracking those P.O.s throughout the procurement process.

To simplify and speed up your purchasing process, use Skubana’s automatically-generated purchase orders. The platform analyzes your sales and inventory data to determine optimal re-order quantities, and it tracks your P.O.s throughout the procurement process. Vendors can then update and communicate with you using Skubana’s Vendor Portal.

One-Click Integrations

One-click integrations enable sellers to work smarter and sell more across multiple shipping providers and sales channels, including marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Magento, Sears, Newegg, and Rakuten.

Add each of the sales channels that you sell through using the Sales Channels module within Skubana. For each channel, you will want to include basic information (like the store name that should appear on shipping labels and packing slips) as well as things like custom order statuses. Integrating with all major marketplaces can be done in minutes.

Skubana has one-click integration with the following: Shopping Carts: BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento Marketplaces: Amazon (US, CA, DE, UK & FBA), eBay, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten Shipping: Endicia, UPS, Fedex

Fulfillment Tools

With so many ways to sell, it’s no wonder the fulfillment process has become fragmented within the online sales community. Skubana is looking to centralize order fulfillment, regardless of whether a seller is using dropshipping, fulfillment by Amazon, or his or her own warehousing facility.

Once you’ve connected Skubana to your marketplaces and shopping carts, you can start importing/exporting orders with custom formats and downloading your orders in real time. Skubana has tools for printing shipping labels and drop shipping orders to vendors. It also allows you to set shipping default presets as a way to save time.

Lots of potential - extremely promising software platform

Purchase order manager is great FBA Workflow (NEW and in BETA) looks good and promising Inventory management control is good and working how it should

Cons

I have been having issues with calculations in analytics that have not been resolved for months. For order printing skubana is less advanced when you compare to shipstation. The automation rules, the selecting of orders, etc. is not good on skubana so there is some logic configuration that needs to be changed once you go to skubana from shipstation. Some of the logic cannot be transferred over either from shipstation to skubana which causes more manual input.

Skubana is best solution for small business

We've use it for shipping wholesale and retail from multiple warehouses, we send PO's to vendors, we track inventory, we fulfill manual orders, in-store purchases and orders through three different websites all through Skubana's single interface. When we call for help someone answers the phone and generally they fix the issue within days if not hours.

It has functions to help in many aspects of small business management, it's reasonably priced and it's straightforward to use.

Manual orders take a bit of time to process.

We utilize Skubana for order routing and inventory management.

Cons

Implementation is a bit tedious and you'll need to be well-versed in all of the functionality prior to flipping the switch. Give 2 weeks for testing post implementation and education. Steep learning curve.

The automated order processing is what I like the best. I like knowing that my orders from all my sales channels are getting fulfilled.

A MUST For Any Growing Ecommerce Business

When running an ecommerce business, you look for the tools that are going to put you in position to succeed. Skubana is definitely one of those tools. It came highly recommended by my accountant, and it's one that my ecommerce business will never be without.

It gives you a real look into your business with up to the second inventory reports, as well as profitability reports that show you exactly which products are making you the most money.

Does a lot very well and adding features that we love

We save a lot of time and don't have to manually figure out when inventory needs to be ordered because Skubana keeps track of sales velocity, lead times, shipping, etc.

I can't wait until they come up with listing management features!

Cons

I wish it would send me emails when I get an order I need to fill, or at least highlight the "Order" menu with the number of order that need attention as a little badge overlay.

Skubana powers our entire warehouse, inventory and fulfillment functions and we could not be happier.

Pros

See above, incredibly well architected, flexible and holistically integrated warehouse, inventory and order fulfillment system.

Cons

The product is early stage, so every once in a while we run into small bugs or missing features. That said, I have never seen a product team respond and act upon customer feedback as quickly as the Skubana team. Bugs are fixed within hours, new features rolled out within days.

Skubana has delivered. We have been with many of the others out there including Solid*** and Seller**** Yuk!! Had horrible experience with the other providers over promising and WAY under delivering. Skubana so far has delivered and we have the following all integrated - Amazon FBA, Shopify Stores (3), eBay, Jet.com, 3PL, and soon Walmart! This is the way eCommerce should be -AUTOMATED! Work Smart folks!
