It integrated with out our accounting program. Real time interaction with our service techs in the field.
I can not use our own forms, with out time consuming efforts to create them. In order to use our forms we need to create them our selves using PDF Doc. too time consuming for me. Would prefer to be able to upload them in a word or excel format. (it is an access program should be compatible)

iFleet is great for the guys out in the field. Keeping customer and job information together is very nice.
It's great for the guys out in the field! It also nice how customer and job information is all together.
Need to learn it more on the office side. Not all the functions seem to be very user-friendly and the travel and production times are not always the same in the reports.

Smart Service is a pretty good software product, but its slow when maneuvering through it. It has great information and we utilize a good majority of its uses. It just takes a while to go from screen to screen.
I like that it's easy to use and the techs can add notes to it while out in the field.
I dislike that it is very slow. It takes a long time to go through each call and switch from screen to screen.

We use it for scheduling field techs for service calls. Great features, but the designers need to work on the reliability of the program.
This software offers a lot of features. It is extremely easy to use. It is evident that quite a bit of thought went into the design of the software, because the features are useful and informative. Syncs with QBD.
This software is glitchy on a regular basis. It is unreliable and has difficulty connecting with QBD on a daily basis, at times.

The features it offers for the field staff are great, it allows for tracking real time and also be able to generate pay role. It is very user friendly.
i would advice that a manual for this program can help increase the rate at which users understand every feature in the software, so that field users can quickly learn how to use the software.

We have been using Smart Service with the IFleet portion for our technicians in the field for about 4 years now. Overall it is a very good system.
The ease of entering customers, service tickets, time keeping and the GPS tracking are great benefits of this system. For the most part our technicians have been easily trained on the process and it has cut down on a lot of their processing time in the field.
We have used the "Get Customer" or "Sync Customer" functions many times and since some of our office employees enter data directly into QuickBooks, we've lost a lot of email address and contact information on our customers. This information is critical to our database and it's very frustrating to try to rebuild. We have several labor descriptions for our business and the work tickets can be set...

I love that I can see in real time what's going on in the field with my techs. I also like it ability to seamlessly sync with Quickbooks to avoid double entry.
Wish it had a feature to mass text clients to remind them of their service scheduled. It also runs slow and lags quite often.

Our time tracking and billing processes were streamlined immensely over our previous methods. Also having the ability to provide job documentation to field workers through the app is very nice.
We switched to Smart Service and the iFleet app a little over a year ago. It has revolutionized our time tracking, job costing, and billing processes.
The software has a learning curve due to the massive functionality that is built in. It took a bit to figure it all out.

Great support. Willing to work through any problem. Pricing is excellent. Support is always right there. Software is very intuitive. Piggy back's with our accounting software and technicians in the field extremely well.
There have been some speed issues that we are fighting to get through. They have been very easy to work with in trying to solve the problem. They have made every effort. However the issue still has not been buttoned down.

We've used Smart Service for 9 years and it has evolved into a great asset for us with dispatching multiple trucks. We also use iFleet with our trucks in the field.
We've looked to see if the grass is greener - it's not. This software is versatile and the developers are always looking at making it better.

Efficiency - Efficiency - efficiency. And did I mention efficiency???
Being able to use iPads or tablets in the field. By being able to use tablets we take away the technicians penmanship errors and can have the customer sign work orders so there is no confusion of who said what later.
Not being able to track individual extinguishers by date and have them update to when service is needed.

After trying many different types of software for my business, smart service outshines them all. Easy to use, functions in a way that makes sense with our business. It makes dealing with customer orders fast and efficient. Communicating with employees in the field has never been better for us. We can accurately and quickly make sure field techs understand where they should go and what they are to do. We can track revenue by forecasting and reviewing. This software really works. The support team is amazing.
It accomplishes all that we want out of a software without being complicated to use. It understands what we need to function and flow as a business. Using the software helps us be professional and profitable.
I can't really say anything negative about the software. I have heard others say they found a cheaper way to operate with software. It is usually people using several different software types or one program that is less quality. To me bad or clunky software/office operations cost money. Smart service is inexpensive when you realize the potential profits from a smooth running operation that is hassle free.

Method's customer support has probably been the best part so far about our experience. While the platform covers all of our needs and allows tailoring, customization, and automation to make it a perfect fit for our company, the true differentiator between Method and other platforms we have tried has been the white-glove service. Nothing was hard to use. We have a lot of feedback and ideas that can benefit the platform and it's users as a whole but generally those are all improvements specific to our industry, or service industry users and by no means speak badly of the platform as a whole.
