Pros

The software is great for what we need it for and the customer support is next to none. We are very pleased with smart service.
Extremely user friendly, fast and reliable, customer care is attentive and extremely helpful, we can't say enough good things about it.
It also makes keeping up with our maintenance agreements much easier. The customer service is outstanding & luckily for me they are very patient.

Pros

The introduction of the system into our operations provided a user friendly platform which in itself is a major win for our organisation.
We really like the visibility you get with Safety Champion it helps with focusing on our safety and ease of setting up regular checks , it also has some standard templates that can be used.
This has been achieved and more with Safety Champion. It also helps that it is at a reasonable price point and local customer backup is all in place.

Cons

At the time, we had already signed up for a competitors software package, but I was unhappy with it's difficulty of use and lack of some features.
My customer service experience with them was horrible. Our QuickBooks data is also corrupt from the information from Smart Service not transferring correctly.
I have spoken to several other scheduling software companies and they are appalled by this tactic.

Cons

One option is missing in "Type of Incident": hazard / dangerous situation.
Notifications are sent to people with the same profile but from different workplaces. Difficult to tailor the notifications.
The “Reference No.” where the Certificate’s name is, it is not visible, so I can’t find the right certificate as they all look similar.
