We have been using Service Trade for 15 months and it has really transformed our scheduling and quoting workflow. We went form using 4 different systems to one. Going paperless and having a really smooth and smart quoting process has allowed us to provide our customers a much richer experience and streamlined our process as well

We have been using ServiceTrade software for about a year and a half and we love it. It has streamlined the work flow for the technicians in the field, the office staff and the accounting department. It is easy to use and works well with tablets, smart phones and Quickbooks. The customer service is outstanding - very friendly and knowledgeable with a quick response time.
It would be nice to network with other users so I would love to see some training/user conferences offered

It’s good has lots of features and ability
Can send messages to customers. It would be nice to be able to send a email from service trade. I like the service link but I don’t like that I have to leave service trade to send a message to a client

I love that I am able to upload a lot of pictures at one time. Uploads of documents are very fast. Unlike other software programs we rarely lose information.
Customer service is fast, efficient and friendly. These guys really know what they are doing. I have had few problems with Service Trade but when I have had a problem their customer service has resolved it in a matter of minutes.
It sometimes takes a long time to upload if I am sending a lot of pictures but it is still faster than other programs I have used.

User friendly I can keep track of techs time, keep track of quotes, I can look up service pictures, I can send emails to customer that have questions on the job, I see all the techs comments, and the fact I can listen to voice recorded message from the techs while they are on a job
Service trade might go down for 5 mins every now an then, no big deal cause it comes right back up. There is really not a lot of cons for service trade

It helps me be more productive and saves time
The ability to see future work, past work, and the pictures and documentation features are remarkable. This software reduces time and effort to help organize and simplify paperwork and never having to worry about lost paperwork ever again!
From a mobile user's point of view, the front side of service trade normally functions and loads quick. But the back end of service trade, i.e. manifest and previous completions, loads slowly.

I love all the problems this software was able to solve. I am secure in knowing that customer service will always take care of my issues. I love the fact that training is available as well as a well-regulated wiki.
The customer service and the company that designs and runs the software. I love the fact that I was able to go paperless.
Like any complex software, there is a learning curve when implementing. Also, buying this software does not address every aspect of running a service business. For example, live messaging or phone service.

Service Trade has been an awesome addition to our workplace. We use Service Trade as a dispatching software for our company. We service other businesses with trade services such as: plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Kitchen Exhaust Hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning & construction services. Service Trade keeps our company running so smooth. We dispatch our techs, keep their times, we quote jobs from Service Trade & we invoice our jobs also. We would be lost without Service Trade!!!

The Service Trade team gets it. They listen to their customers and are constantly updating their platform. I attended the annual Digital Wrap show in 2016 and was blown away with how much valuable information they had put together. I will be at this show every year and will remain a loyal customer for as many years we are both in business. With the help of the Service Trade team that will be many decades into the future.
The simple design and usability for my service technicians. My guys are true blue collar workers, with dirty hands and they use Service Trade every day.
It is really not a criticism of Service Trade, but I wish they could roll out Android updates as quickly as they can Apple. I understand enough of the technical issues to know that it is because there are so many different Android platforms, but... Other than that I do not know of any real other cons.

It's too expensive and too focused to be the best solution for us. But, I don't want to switch again so we're sticking with it, for now.
It's great for creating and dispatching service jobs.
It's too restrictive for any work other than service work, and it's too expensive to only be one of multiple solutions, so we have to use it for everything and find workarounds

I have been very pleased with this program. It has cut our admin time in the office down by half. The customer support reps have been quick to respond to my questions I have submitted as well

Service Trade is SO easy to use, and allows me to take care of our Customer's needs in a timely manner. The staff at Service Trade have been very helpful and are truly doing a wonderful job helping us serve our clients with the best possible service available.
Personally I wish there was a "Title Line" that could be fitted under jobs created on each of our customer's pages. It would make referencing a job much faster. Which would save time and energy on a daily basis for all of our personnel in the office. Overall, this is only a minor set back as I can still find the info I need.

Service Trade is one of the few programs that has literally changed the way we do business. They have successfully consolidated many of our processes and made our back end office functions quicker, more accurate, and efficient. Service Trade has also significantly increased the customer experience. We are able to quickly get information to decision makers and AHJ's. I highly recommend Service Trade.
Service Trade is great. There is not much missing with there software. Great product.

My overall experience with ServiceTrade has been positive. The software provided a comprehensive solution for managing service operations, from scheduling and dispatching to invoicing and reporting. However, the complexity of the user interface was a minor drawback that could benefit from improvements to enhance user-friendliness. Nonetheless, ServiceTrade proved to be a valuable tool for streamlining service management processes.
One of the things I liked most about ServiceTrade was its comprehensive service management features. The software provided a robust set of tools for managing service orders, scheduling appointments, and tracking service activities. The ability to create detailed job records, capture customer signatures, and generate professional invoices streamlined the entire service workflow. Additionally, the integration with mobile devices allowed technicians to access and update information in real-time, improving communication and efficiency.
One thing I liked least was the complexity of the user interface. The software offered extensive functionalities, but the interface could sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. Navigating through various features and settings required some learning curve, and it would have been helpful to have a more intuitive and simplified user interface to improve the overall user experience.

We have been using ServiceTrade as our job management software since 2015. I have to say, ServiceTrade's customer support is above any other company's I have ever came across. Anytime we see that there is room for improvement, which is very rare, we contact the ST team and see the changes in the next update. ServiceTrade is extremely easy to use and very intuitive! There isn't much that ServiceTrade doesn't do from parts tracking, time tracking, dispatching, invoicing, quoting, reporting, and more. We can't say enough good things about this software!
Customer service, intuitiveness, minuscule learning curve, integrations, design, and responsiveness.
Theres really nothing that we dislike about ServiceTrade.

Our company went from a literal shoe box full of index cards to Service Trade. It was such an abrupt jump in technology our heads were left spinning. There are so many benefits to using Service Trade that it is difficult to lay them all out. The best way to describe it this. If our company were a car, we went from square wheels to round wheels. Everything just runs smoother and almost all our information is accessible from anywhere.
Service Trade understands the needs of service contractors today. Many of us (contractors) are simply not plugged in to the highly valuable technology platforms that we desperately need to compete in the service industry. They have assembled a software platform that is easy to use, easy to learn and yet, provides AMAZING tools that most service companies and contractors could never conceptualize, let alone build, implement and support. They are accessible and interested in my success as a contractor.
There is not much I do not like about Service Trade. If I were talking to a friend about Service Trade, I would say that some of my employees faced a bit of a leaning curve to get through. One cannot simply sign up and never work again. They offer live human U.S. based training (a deal sealer for me), training videos, a trouble ticket system, on screen walk through and a growing knowledge center. Like any cutting edge technology, it is exciting to learn, and WELL worth the effort.

Overall its revamped the way we do business and has vastly improved the accuracy in which we do things. Checking history or creating quotes is much faster and has cut down on time. Being able to look over all things done within time frames is great for tracking techs and productivity.
I like the history and scheduling components most. We use it as our main interface for the company and 90% of what we do is all done through service trade and service trade add ons
Problems with information being added to jobs on occasion is frustrating, some problems with getting things on or off of invoices when transferring from a job.

I didn't like this software as much as its competitors. As a matter of fact, we switched to Service Fusion.
Does have a mobile app
Setup is not intuitive, didn't like the user interface, didn't like the hierarchy for creating service addresses.
Eve, It's unfortunate that ServiceTrade was not a good fit for your company. Not all service organizations have the same business requirements and we understand that ServiceTrade cannot be everything to everyone. As I recall, Tridim had different requirements than our core customer base of commercial service contractors. I'm glad that you found something you are satisfied with. Cheers, Shawn
