The Pros, I like the ease of scheduling, customer accounts and the history options to see previous services, the reports and reoccurring jobs make our quarterly based services a breeze. The Cons, I do not know if it is just our database or what, but it takes forever to open a job on the schedule. I think Skip had a total of 5 employees when we started using Smart Service. At the time, we had already signed up for a competitors software package, but I was unhappy with it's difficulty of use and lack of some features. I saw an ad for Smart Service, called them, and made an appointment for a demo. I saw right away that Smart Service could do the things I wanted done in a database, and do so...
