Title: Streamlined Asset Management with Shortly: A Positive ReviewReview:Shortly is a remarkable asset management software that impresses with its inventory control, user-friendly interface, reasonable pricing, and mobile accessibility. It simplifies asset tracking and organization, catering to businesses of all sizes. With its intuitive design, it's easy to navigate and perform tasks efficiently. The affordable pricing options make it a cost-effective solution, while the ability to use it on your phone adds convenience on the go. For streamlined asset management, Shortly is definitely worth considering.
The price could be a little less. Consider plans for different size businesses

Overall I am happy using Sortly. There needs to be an easier method to go back to the previous folder without having to go to the top level folder
Adding folders and subfolders and items with in the folders is easy enough. Then we can add relevant information to help us track the data. The search option on folders work great.
importing asset from a spreadsheet or csv puts everything in forced folders and its a nightmare to move out and fix.

Cleaned up my asset tracking system and saved me valuable time to complete other projects.
The thing I like most about sortly is its ease of use. I had inventory tracked in an asset database before and the change to sortly saves me so much time just from an ease of use perspective. Creating reports for assets was also very ease and quick.
It's not as robust as an access database can be, but for what my needs are, it works out.
Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review! We're delighted to know Sortly is serving you well. If you have any feature requests, please do not hesitate to let us know through our submission platform at http://tinyurl.com/2p99r3bt.

Great experience. Easy to setup, print labels, tag, and track. We know who has what, when. I have recommended this to others as well.
Being able to asset track our equipment. We know who has what or what they have checked out quickly and easily.
I do wish they had the ability to attach multiple assets to a single user without have to set it on each item.

We use Sortly to keep track of both our internal asset inventory and inventory from external sources. It works perfectly for our use case
Sometimes the mobile app is slow to sync data across devices leading to newer items not showing up across all users.

Getting all our data input was the time-consuming part, although fairly easy. We're looking forward to just maintaining the data this year, which we expect to be quick and easy.
It was easy to enter all our data, provided the level of flexibility we needed in order to capture all the asset variations, and allowed us to quickly see what our inventory was, and where it was allocated.
Having to open folders in order to see whether a change (addition or subtraction of assets) had been made.
Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear that Sortly has been helpful for managing your holiday lighting business. Regarding your concern about tracking changes, you can view the transaction history report and filter by folder to easily see any additions or subtractions of assets. This feature should help streamline the process and provide you with a clearer view of changes made. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

Sortly has been an incredible asset to our non- profit. It has allowed us to keep great statistics; therefore, we can show our donors and community how well we are serving the foster children in our area.
Our non- profit uses Sortly to keep track of all statistics. Along with what we give away to our foster families and foster children. It is an invaluable software for our non- profit!
Once we set up our fields it gave us a lot of freedom to use the software to meet our needs.

Overall very happy with the product, ease of use and flexibility. Support has been great when needed.
We needed an application that was basic, but could be scaled if needed ... Sortly provided everything we needed in an asset management system currently, it is easy to use, set up and maintain, and has further features that can be utilized if we ever need them.
Currently cannot think of anything, very happy with the product.

It's been wonderful. I'm glad I did my due diligence and took the time to go over other products before realizing I didn't need to waste my time and money on others that had a bunch of features I wasn't going to need. While Sortly has features I can add on, as needed, I'm perfectly happy to be able to customize!
I spent a couple weeks going through various online trials and zoom meetings with companies showing me how their company was "top notch" in asset tracking, inventory control and all these other things. Turns out a lot of the other things were all the other things I didn't need... and the things I did need, were never included in any plans. Sortly fit all I needed. It was perfect. It had the ability to customize and categorize the way I needed and I honestly haven't had an issue with it from the get-go. Set up was a breeze. We started out with handheld scanners, and have since upgraded to tablets, and the changeover was seamless.
I'm honestly trying to find something I like *least* about Sortly, and I have nothing. My team has zero complaints, and they use it daily. Other than having to remind them to always use the same method of entry when entering a product (like typing the name in the same way...) - that's it. But that's a user issue, not a Sortly issue!
