Pros

I use spatula as a dispatch tool for my charter driver team but it doubles as a platform to give my drivers the ability to process contactless payments and for me to get live tracking and event notification. My customers love how easy it is for them to see the drivers on approach and it always exceeds their Expectation of a small business.

Spatula or we bringg rocks

Every and any concern has always been addressed immediately and they have always come up with a viable solution never more than a 12 hour time period.

Pros

This is an up and coming dispatching software app that has been on point so far. They are willing to adapt and change everything according to our needs. Every single issue we have had has been addressed immediately and promptly by one of the most responsive and timely representatives we have ever touched base with. the main guy we talk to, always responds to us right away even though we are in different countries. With the utmost respect and importance, he is very attentive, and in tune with our needs and our concerns. We have touched base with many, many, many competitors and Spatula by far, has exceeded any and all expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone out there trying to expand and simplify their delivery service. If I could give more than five stars for a single representative, I would do so solely based on my experience with the customer representative.

Cons

There is quite a few tweaks that I would make to this software such as adding a more intuitive restaurant interface. Such as the restaurant or vendor page having the ability to contain a solid history of orders entered as well as times they were entered.

We are able to arrange with our drivers a more accurate timing on delivery to the clients and the clients are up to date on any delivery time frame.
