I like that it's really affordable. It's also intuitive, and with time, it becomes a great time saver when it comes to managing finances.

Officewise has helped us take control of our spending which has helped increase profit within the first few months!
Easy to learn and use, the features we need are built-in and we didn't have to do a lot of customization!
We still need to learn how to integrate the software with some of our accounting systems - we feel that training would help. Hopefully, we are able to find some help with this. I'm not sure we have been able to reach a live human yet - but maybe we need to try a littler harder.

Searchability, muti-user, traceability, cost tracking, easy access, printable, emailable, remote access
Readily searchable, multi-user platform that serves our small 27 person well. We track all our requisitions and purchases for raw materials, detail parts and lab-ware that are procured daily from over 30 suppliers around the globe.

For the cost benefit it has been a useful tool.
It has been a great too for tracking the cost of products and services purchased for projects. I have utilized it extensively for some time now and am happy with it's performance as an end user.
The search function in the items module could be a little better defined and allow for searching for a portion of a name or part number.

I was asked to start the purchasing department for our pipeline company, after trying 10/12 Purchase Order systems, I tried Officewise, unlike the other more expensive systems with little or no U.S. based customer service, they walked me through the initial startup. With multiple ways to pull reports, my asset manager, accounting department and sales team can find exact cost in numerous ways, very quickly. I cannot thank service agent enough for all the help he gave me, the best advise I received was to start playing with the reports and then set up the Tags, Groups, Etc., in this way you can pinpoint how you want to pull your report.
The void button still gives me nightmares, do not ever void a PO, anything can be corrected except this.

Simple interface, easy to use, easy to set up, great price point. This is a wonderful value for the money, especially when you're only charged for the active logins per month.
Doesn't easily integrate with old accounting software. Not really the worst thing, but there's no way to get it to talk to older software like Peachtree 2010.

Before deciding to use Spendwise, I explored other procurement management systems/software. They were pricey and didn't seem as easy to use. Spendwise was very easy for my users to understand and I feel that I'm getting a good value for what we pay.
Before using Spendwise, my organization was generating purchase orders from spreadsheets. Spendwise was a no brainer. The interface is simple and easy to use. Navigating Spendwise is a breeze as its responsiveness is quick.
As an AS9100-certified organization, it's important for us to track supplier performance. One metric that we use is supplier on-time delivery. That feature is not currently available.

Officewise offers more functionality than I expected considering it's such an affordable price. The interface is simple and very user-intuitive. My entire office is able to input data and keep things organized and up to date. We use the purchase order feature the most. The product is consistent, so I have never had any error messages or glitches like I do so often with another, more expensive software we use in-house. My favorite thing about Officewise is the ability to cross categorize my searches. The only thing I'd like to see in the future, is being able to pull up data that has any part of what I enter in the search bar, rather than having to have exact searches. Thanks for offering such a great product!

I preferred the lighter color scheme Officewise had before the most recent design update. I also need to be able to type in a partial purchase order number in the search section and have any purchase order with that info pull up in my search.

Love the software. Version 2.0 is awesome. Just wish it have the ability to do quote versions & track cost inside of a quote without having to create an inventory item.
Easy to use, many many features
Can't revision quotes without losing old quote. Wish I could put costs in quote for my own tracking.

It helps me do my job
It is very detailed for the price you can do just about anything you need to do to keep your business running smooth
I would like to be about to have more ability to customize some things but other that that is great.

Wonderful! I would recommend this to many offices!
Easy to use and makes billing easy. Fast and affordable. Streamlines many of my daily/weekly/monthly duties and needs.
Training and updates could be a little better. Confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it is easy.

Spendwise is the best. I have been using Ever since I have been using it in my office I can see a significant change it's a fast, one-point system where I can do my inventory raise a purchase order, track history compare products cost get all my invoices in the same system. The best part is since it's online also I can open it from any place and be updated. It's the most logical software which is out there.
It is a 5-star software. I like the software as it has helped me grow. Mostly it has saved me lots of time and man-hours searching for invoices at year-end tax time.

The software is uncomplicated, easy to use, and cost effective for small business. Use it primarily for the PO function.
each user can only view their own. Would suggest at least view option for other PO's created in system. edit not necessary.
Thank you for your review and feedback. I did want to clarify that the system does allow you to see all purchase orders depending on the access granted to you by the Admin on your account. My guess is that the Admin on your account has limited your access to only your purchase orders. I will followup with you and the Admin on your account to see if that is the case and show how access can be changed if that is what's wanted.

Its nice to be able to reference each PO just by looking it up in the search box by the PO number
Office wise is able to save product titles and price to quickly fill out the po and send it out. I like that it is fast and easy to use. You are even able to email right from the PO.
I don't like that there is a new area that has to be set of what folder you would like to have it in after it mailed out. That slows down the process.

If you are referring to approval folders (i.e. Inbox, Not-submitted, Rejected, Pending) the system should assign automatically depending on the approval status of the PO. I will follow-up with you to make sure I understand and help resolve.

That I am able to create a purchase order and duplicate it. It stores my contact info and I am able to reference that if I need the info in a hurry. I can also guesstimate the cost (which does go up from year to year,) but I have an idea of what each event will cost for my marketing budget based on the history of these Purchase Orders
That I can copy P.O.'s because it allows me to work faster. I schedule events and this allows me to copy the same information and create a P.O. and same me time on data entry.
That in the notes box where you would put the contact info, etc., you have a limited amount of space.

The system is mostly easy of use, feature rich and tech support is pretty quick to respond with assistance.
The software pricing could be a bit better and while easy to use there a few things that could make it more user friendly.

Very nice program for handling many functions within your organization. Keeps track of inventory, allows you to create invoices, reports, banking, etc. Endless things to help keep your business organized and efficient.
It may not be as great as microsoft office or other apps because it tends to charge a higher monthly fee. But you could weigh your options versus the price to other software.

There were things tat I did not understand after purchasing, contacted customer service, they found my problem, it was on my end, but they took the time to walk me through it, and fixed my issue. Can't beat their customer/ tech service, great people to work with.
Easy to use.

It makes it very easy to track our purchases and approval process.
It was easy to use and easy to implement. It does all we need it to do. We are very happy with this solution for the price. We did not need a real robust solution. Just something to track and communicate the company purchases. I only needed to call support once and I cannot really remember but I think it was a good experience.

Officewise allows us to track PO's received by our 3PL provider while giving them the information necessary to easily create shipping plans for shipment to Amazon FBA. It is a much simpler, more affordable software platform than many of the other alternatives out there and we've been quite happy with it.

The particular client that I am looking for an accounting software was not sure yet what he really wants but I recommended this software and give him my pros and cons, for his business I think is the ideal software, really friendly and affordable, I hope he'll decide for this one
As an accounting I like the software, have everything any small business needs, the fact that I can create and send the invoice directly to the costumer is a big plus, because you don't need paper in this green era.
The first time you used is a little bit complicated, but when you get the hand of it becomes easier and friendly
