Pros
Our experience with support and customer service has been great. Our sales contact has been extremely helpful with custom items we want created and also helping to solve issues.
We are new to the SpringCM platform. Working with the team on implementation has been fantastic, and our team is excited about how the added transparency and system will help us grow our organization.
After some training by the great SpringCM team I really love having a real contract management tool that integrates with SalesForce.
Cons
Sometimes certain features are difficult to track down, and the configuration can be a bit confusing at time.
Inability to use certain features w/o a Spring license - this comes into place during the review work flow process.
They recently removed a feature that I really enjoyed, other than that, no real complaints.

Very robust contract generation and management software

Reviewed 6 years ago
Pros

They just re-vamped their workflow tool and updated a lot of the features of the platform to be more modern. Their old workflow tool was still POWERFUL, but required pretty extensive research or a certification training class just to use it. A great step in the right direction; you can tell this company cares about improving!

Cons

The UI seems pretty dated. Sometimes certain features are difficult to track down, and the configuration can be a bit confusing at time. As a Salesforce and CRM administrator, I feel like I'm pretty good at hunting down features and settings, but sometimes SpringCM can prove to be a challenge. A small issue though, as it's a moot point when the rest of the platform works so well.

Helps us to conveniently enter into binding contracts with clients wherever they are

Reviewed 6 days ago

We enter into a legally binding agreements with our clients before we offer services. DocuSign CLM allows us to create customized contracts and request customers to sign after reading and understanding the terms. It also allows real collaboration and editing features you need to create and manage contracts. However, internet connection challenges could cause inconveniences. The pricing could also be a hinderance.

Pros

DocuSign allows us to create realistic contracts and share to clients for signing before we send our team of contractors to the clients property. This same time, minimizes inconveniences, and encourages clients to honor their contractual obligation. DocuSign allows users to sign from any location where they have access to the internet. It sends security codes and requires users to verify their emails minimizing the chances of unauthorized access. You can adopt the relevant template, edit the contract, and send to other parties without leaving the platform. It allows you to set reminders to ensure the clients sign on time.

Cons

Although it is user-friendly, I often have to call some clients to guide them and ensure they sign as required. It has a fairly steep learning curve for inexperienced users who have never used such a tool. It relies on the internet connection, which poses a challenge to some users in remote locations with shaky internet connection.

SpringCM is a very convenient software

Reviewed 6 years ago
Pros

Overall, the features and functionality of SpringCM has been very useful since it provides a centralized location for the storage of contracts. What I like most about the software is that It provides collaboration across users. It allows users to request for document review or creation with just a single push of a button.

Cons

It had drawbacks like browser compatibility. SpringCM seems to work faster in Chrome compared when using IE

Best in class but expensive

Reviewed 3 months ago

Great experience however decided to use a competitor simply due to price.

Pros

All used functionality was best in class. Simple to use and safe. Customer service was also strong. Great for enterprise users

Cons

Expensive. The volume of activity determines the price so the $ can rack up quickly making it expensive compared to other solutions

DocuSign Enhances Contract Management Process

Reviewed 8 days ago

DocuSign is a reliable contract management solution that helps us keep our engagements formal. It is easy to use and creates professional contracts. DocuSign allows collaboration of different parties, making it easy to review contracts before signing. You can access it from a remote location which is great since most of our clients are far away.

Pros

I like DocuSign because of its intuitive design that allows you to see all the contracts, check status, review deadlines, and perform necessary actions to make the contract legal and binding. The simple layout shortens the onboarding process. It has a version control system to ensure all users are using the latest version to minimize compatibility issues. It has advanced editing tools to allow us create professional contracts. You can create a customized template to ensure uniformity.

Cons

Despite having advanced features and functions, the pricing was beyond our budget and the management opted for a different solution. However, in terms of reliability, I prefer DocuSign and I hope we will reconsider the decision.
