Pros

Tracking when and where my employees are working has been of such help to me. The user friendly layout is very helpful when showing to prospective clients.
Over all I am very happy with the app. It improves quality of life substantially bring many elements required into one convenient app.
The best thing about the app is about the instant communication you can have with your staff and clients. It helps to make sure that there are not any misunderstandings.

Pros

Amazing experience from the software side to the Amazing customer service they provide, definitely a.
Very hands on customer service. We are extremely satisfied and have a better company because we found Clean Guru.
I like the ease of use and the professional looking finish of the proposal, the help it gives you in judging the times the jobs should take to do on a daily basis.

Cons

The lack of functionality with uploading pictures.
I think the only complaint I would have is that as we added more accounts and had those account for longer periods of time, the APP version of the software seems to work slower.
We have changed the tendency reacting to problems to now be proactive preventing recurring complaints from customers.

Cons

No reminders to clients are available however they told me that they are working on it, and will be available in the near future.
It is very confusing to use and training is required fro each aspect of the bidding tool. The user i interface is also not very friendly to the user.
