We save paper, it is easy to use, excellent work planning tools and good use to the calendar it. Can be related to other platforms to maximize labor efficiency.

Cons

I've run into some glitches/issues when setting up reports that don't function as intended. The workflow for setting up very dynamic reports is terrible.
